The room is fantastic! I really appreciated the option of the complimentary mini-bar, even though I didn’t take anything—it’s a thoughtful touch. The lobby is beautifully designed and very inviting. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. This hotel is truly exceptional, a rare gem in the world. Despite its size, it’s managed with the care and attention to detail of a boutique hotel. Highly recommended!

Staff - especially the management - were incredibly attentive: any and all minor issues were resolved immediately, with care and attention. The facilities and rooms are excellent - clean and spacious, modern.

Minor issues with food at the restaurant - but when we flagged these to the management, the full meal was provided free of charge as an apology so we really can't complain. Also when our room neighbour decided to paly loud music during the night - a call to reception and the situation was resolved within less than 10 minutes.

We liked everything: the location (near the airport, 10 minutes to airport by taxi), cleanliness, service and above all the room. It was amazing! Complimentary coffee/tea at lounge and minibar in the room was a nice touch. And a word of advice (I wish that someone had told me this). If you are planning on staying Mahipalpur/Aerocity or near the airport I can really recommend on spending a little bit more money and booking a hotel like this. There are so many hotels there in booking.com with really good reviews and low prices but most of them seem to be scam hotels, we learned this the hard way. These international brand-name hotels like for example Andaz are the only surely safe option in my opinion.

We liked everything but if you have to mention something it’s maybe the soundproofing, you could here if someone was talking at the corridor or the next door.

Hyatt Andaz has very good ambience very friendly staff. Our gals luved the complementary sweets & biscuits and coke /water. Makes a huge difference to have just positive vibe hotel. Megha was superfriendly and professional helped us with our enquiry and check-in. Mr Owasis checked us in late night at 12pm was very helpful and even did check out for us. Andaz staff all very sweet with gals made us feel very happy. Andaz breakfast is got high standards and host their guest really well. Truly enjoyed our breakfast. Everything was good

Food spread was excellent, staff very friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and cooked what we preferred to eat.

Seeing the people do the cleaning constantly, always with the broom , especially when there are lot of tourists around , felt a bit odd for a five star hotel . Secondly the rooms were spacious and bed not so comfortable, however the cupboards were next to the door making it very odd and difficult to go out of the room and come back in , it restricted the entrance space .

The Hyatt Andaz was a last-minute choice when my plans abruptly changed. The breakfast and other meals at the lovely restaurant were fantastic, and the barista coffee in the morning was the best I had in more than two weeks in India.

The fitness facilities were so-so. The room was a bit odd. A proper chair rather than sitting in the window (see their photos) would have been nice. Staff were fine, but they should really go to a no-tipping policy like some other 5 star hotels have done. The price to value was very poor for me, but that was due in part to my last-minute booking when my preferred hotel was sold out.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and understanding. We arrived early morning and desipite not having booked the room for the previous night they offered the family a room and an extra bed for the kid complimentary. Furthermore the allowed us to have breakfast too on the house. All this without asking for anything - just them showing understanding and empathy for us travelling with kids over international flights.

Helpful staff especially Priya and her amazing team. I guess she is the one who looks after housekeeping and all at the second floor. She communicates very well, immediately attends to queries and concerns, she gives timely advice to her staff and she's warm,. friendly, professional and accommodating. She and her team are like family who make sure your stay is comfortable. Sanjeev and his team (Concierge) accommodated my every query exceptionally well. I was able to tour and visit historical, beautiful and wonderful places, comfortably safe through their assistance. Amit and Sohan who were my driver and tour guide gave me the best local experience, they're warm, hospitable, professional,insightful and friendly.

Just the blinds that went up and down on their own and it disturbed my work. The hotel staff changed my room immediately and my stay had been comfortable.

We left a gold bracelet in the bathrobe pocket and contacted the hotel. They clearly said we couldn’t find it. But last time also the valet had taken out stuff from the boot and they told us they couldn’t find it but when we kept insisting on seeing the CCTV for the car, they took 7-8 hours and recovered the bags from the basement hidden near some store room, apparently some valet guy took it out of the car and kept it there. Why would someone do it without the intention of stealing. Same happened this time, the house keeping did not put in effort to find the bath robe or the bracelet, it was worth a lot and they simple said we couldn’t find it. The hotel house keeping staff cannot be trusted upon, so leave your valuables in the room at your own risk.

Used the hotel for 1 night stay due to long connection. Very clean room, minimalistic design, nice set of free alcohol complimentary mini bar available in the room. Restaurant located in the lobby area was really great in respect of taste and service. Fancy looking night club is located just nearby the hotel. Inner garden provides spacious relax area and large pool.

Hotel located in so called "Aerocity" cluster. Pretty close to the airport, however, still far to reach on foot. Hotel shuttle to / from airport would be a nice service to have.
