Staying at Pullman Jakarta was a fantastic experience, especially given its prime location. Nestled near two of Jakarta's largest malls, Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, I had endless shopping and dining options just a short walk away.The hotel itself was modern and stylish, with spacious rooms that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. One of the best features was the easy access to Bundaran HI, a major landmark in Jakarta. It made exploring the city convenient, and I enjoyed leisurely strolls around the area. The proximity to the MRT and busway was also a huge plus, allowing me to navigate the city effortlessly.

My room at Pullman Jakarta was a tranquil retreat, located at the rear of the building with a lovely view of the swimming pool. This positioning really made a difference; the noise from the nearby road was hardly noticeable, allowing for a peaceful stay. The only thing I didn't like is that, my room was located at the new block hence I have to walk all the way to the main lobby to exit the hotel.

The room was tidy, clean and carpeted. Not all hotels have carpeted room. Which this is one of the criteria we choose Pullman. The breakfast was varieties and delicious. The coffee super nice and the f&b staff have offered the coffee to be served, unlike some other places. I can still remember the tasty of french toast and baked bean with tomato sauce. The location are very strategic just opposite grand indonesia mall and other mall just a walking distance away. Opposite MRT station and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

Door was open when arriving my room. Security problem shall be considered. Hotel staff not professional and not helpful. He Forgot to explain taxi cancellation fee policy when I booked the taxi during check in, and call me for explanation even I was busy even I have already paid the fee during check in. And I am very surprised that the hotel wanted to charge me the taxi fee again when check out. The internal system did not record. She did not accept my explanation until I showed the receipt.

Great location to the malls

Check in time could have been smoother. Waited almost 2hrs for the room to be ready. I arrived at the hotel closed to 2pm and room were not ready till 4pm. Aircon room temp coukd have been better. I adjust to 16deg but still the room not cold and i am sweating at night. Breakfast spread was awesome. Thanks to Wahyu for trying his best to accomodate my stay here.

The one i like from this hotel was breakfast. The breakfast is very good , and there are a lot of choices from Indonesian cuisine, Japanese, Western, and many more. The location is very good, near Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia.

The room was smaller than I expected , and it seems like it needs to be renovated also. and TV needs to be updated, mostly All hotels already use smart TV.

The location is in the heart of the city, but getting to the hotel lobby can be somewhat challenging due to ongoing construction in the surrounding area. This makes it difficult for drivers to find the entrance, and they may need to go around a few times.

I have stayed here few times since when it was known as Nikko Hotel. The hotel location is good and easy access to Plaza Indonesia.

The praying mat (sejadah) sent to me was not in good shape. High time for the hotel to change to a new sejadah. Since this has been used by many clients, hotel must make sure it is cleaned and suitable for praying purposes. Some hotel they even cover it in plastic to show that it has been cleaned before it is sent to the room.

Jannah and Chiali (not sure if spelled correctly) were very accommodating. Good spread for breakfast and i hope lunch spread will be different from breakfast

Breakfast and lunch spread were almost the same. There was a stench in the toilet bowl that you can smell once u get inside the bathroom.

Accommodation was great, but the service at The Back Room bar service was exceptional. The 4 nights I was there, they brilliant. Ajeng , indri , layza, and bobby were there to accommodate my friends, and I. I recommend people to visit The Back Room. The ambience is fantastic, and it is mostly created by the staff. I have only mentioned a few staff members, but all the young gentlemen who were serving were fantastic. It is a great place to relax.

Nearby to shopping, walking distance. The staffs were friendly, excellent customer service. Since day 1 to the last day, all were really tiptop. Switched on dnd for housekeeping but they checked on me whether I need anything. It was really thoughtful. For sure will come back again.
