I liked the fact that there was fresh fruit and yogurt available and lots of choices for all kinds of diets. The dining room was clean and there was always someone to make sure the breakfast items were stocked. Also a huge shout-out Sav he was fantastic in his customer service (I should have opened up with this!) In a world of customer service being a lost art, Sav was a wonderful example of how to run a hotel ( or any customer-driven business for that matter)

I would have liked to have half and half for coffee instead of coffee mate, but that really is a first world problem isn't it?

I loved the manager (wish I could remember his name). He went above and beyond to accommodate my special needs /help me decide which room would be best. I was amazed. I Stayed a few nights. Loved the night staff guys too. Friendly. Rooms were just what I needed. Loved there was fridge & microwave! And complimentary breakfast! I would’ve stayed longer but it’s so expensive now for rooms. They’re in the same range as others prices. I asked if there’d be a deal to stay a week or month but was told it wouldn’t be much. Anyway, I’d definitely stay again! Great vibes.

Staff goes above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed. Facility is clean and comfortable. Breakfast service has everything you need. Location is good and besides the A&W near the hotel, there is a mall close by too

I liked everything… from the coffee available in the lobby to the indoor pool, and the friendly staff/atmosphere to the free parking

Clean, updated, easy to navigate, room was spacious, wood flooring, the air conditioner heating was easy to use, it was quiet. We stayed in room 314 two queen beds

The beds weren’t plush, and I thought they’d be uncomfortable, but they actually weren’t bad and I slept 10 hours. The tv had Samsung live tv so we couldn’t watch the Canucks game so I wish they had Telus tv or Rogers so we could watch local sports but no big deal

Breakfast options were very good. Free wifi is essential if travelling overseas. Cutlery in room was a bonus instead of wooden cutlery. Also the small desk was essential to completing work needed for the next day.

The option of hot water in the room would have been nice as I am not a coffee drinker, although hot water was available at the front desk.

The property is good. But employee on front desk was very helpful. We checked in and found that toilet is choked. The person on duty immediately helped us in clearing the toilet. Overall a comfortable stay.

There was not a thorough check up of room before giving it to us.

I appreciated the friendly front desk and especially the manager who made us feel right at home and was truly interested in our daily excursions.

There was the odd time the hotel was full and kids were running around the halls late at night... I imagine this happens when sports teams travel and the hotel staff have no idea its going on. On the good side the hotel front desk apologized and monitored the situation.

The TV didn’t work very well. It kept losing its cable connection. The kitchen sink faucet was very loose. I was afraid it was going to break. Every thing else was good.

Bed was comfortable, room was big and airy, big tv with lots to do on it, great location, great staff. Loved the pool and hot tub, didn't get to use the sauna. Will definitely stay again.

The noise from kids in the hallway until after midnight. And hearing the person staying above me banging around when they walked around early in morning and late at night. But that's nothing to do with the hotel, that's down to inconsiderate parents and people.

efficient and fast checkin; clean bath and room and breakfast area; not a large 5 star but adequate, clean, neat, plenty of parkingn and staff was exceptionally nice from housekeeping to front desk.
