I think this places has superior value for the price. I tried several places in Bogotá and I felt at home here. Very spacious room, great shower, solid bed, relaxed and accommodating staff, good location, good overall atmosphere. Has good AC for the room. Good cardio in gym treadmill and room for skipping. Biggest and best thing is the price vs value is great. I would certainly go back.

Building close to highway. Sound proof but some affect from highway, nothing too bothering. Gym could use some new inventory. Location is decent. A good walk from Parque 93 but short and relatively cheap Uber ride. Overall excellent value vs price. Highly recommended

Amazing soundproof rooms and quiet, it's beside at least 2 major roads one a highway, didn't hear a thing, superb location close enough to Parque 93 for me by foot or bike. Very comfortable room. Didn't have the breakfest but it seemed reasonably priced just less than 10 euro. Reception staff lovely very welcoming. Would return.

Nothing, exceeded expectations. Tiny complaint, the shower gel and soap and hand lotion were poor quality, would suggest better brands. Really insignificant complaint.

Everything was great - from comfort and cleanliness to the staff. Only minor issue is that the location is not very walkable and cutoff from surrounding neighborhoods by highways and large avenues - so you have to take a taxi everywhere. But it was great value and I highly recommend it if you are okay with the location.

They definitely need to upgrade the televisions in the rooms. This is my 5th stay and 4/5 TVs are dark and have no brightness . Very difficult to watch anything during the day

Building shakes all the time like there is an earthquake. I asked about the problem and they said it’s the earthquake design of the building. Its terrible for sleeping 😴

Security and hotel attention. The lower price against others is also a good thing. When I compare with hotel Casa Dann (much higher price and lack of security), so Mercure is much better.

Great location, comfy and good designs. Service was fine. I loved tthe furniture and how quiet it was.

No security guard. You're not asked for any identification when coming back late at night so any intruder could easily enter the building.

Clean & Good (Room + Toilet) + Good Location + Polite Staff

The windows are all sealed. So the air circulation is purely via AC. (However, even if the windows could open, the heavy traffic noise all around would not allow their opening). But really not a big issue, for someone busy at work.

The service and the staff were very good.

The last 3 days houskeeping did not do their jobs well in the room.
