The Service the magnificent Hotel Dann provided to me exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the cullture of excellence that the Hotel Dann’s Leadership has instilled in the hearts, in the brains in the souls of all its incredible highly skilled Staff. Every one reflects on their faces a sense of pride, love and respect for their institution and the culture of customer care. I had the privilege to feel the greatness of their exceptional work at every moment since the beginning to the end. I would love to express my profound gratitude to all of the amazing Hotel Dann Staff.

It is almost impossible to surpass the bar of excellence when the inspirational and visionary Hotel Dann’s leadership hast set it at its absolutely finest level of perfection. After a rigorous and holistic process of reviewing, my personal opinion is that the unforgettable experience I have enjoyed could only be improved by visiting the Hotel Dann’s facilities many times in the future. I will remember for ever The happy Staff with lovely smiles on their faces helping me on every step of my journey. They really made a very, very merry Christmas for me and filled my heart with love and joy and hope for the New Year.

We loved the service. As is usual when in Colombia, the staff were friendly, eager to help and serve. The breakfast had fresh fruit everyday and a wide buffet with variety. Room service is 24 hours and location was perfect. You have a lot of great spots walking distance.

The elevators are small and without A/C but we managed. Hotel could provide better quality of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom; bring your own if you're particular about the products you use.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel Dann in Cali. The staff were friendly and helpful and very accommodating. This was our first trip with our new baby and the hotel made it so easy for us. A cot was already in the room when we arrived, as requested. The facilities are very nice, and there is a great buffet breakfast. The room Service was also very helpful for us! Location is fantastic and we felt very safe walking our baby around outside. I highly recommend this hotel. I only wished we could have stayed for the Ensalsate show!

Great top end hotel with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel at this level and a much better deal and location than the other international chain hotel on the other side of the river. Staff are exceptional. 24 hour check in desk and room service a bonus if your flight is delayed. A great place to meet potential clients and do business. Also features a reliable fast WiFi.

Nothing, the hotel satisfied all of my needs. My only recommendation would be complentary water in rooms and a way to make coffee.

Nice Location, quite spacious room, great fruit selection for breakfast, pool ok, nice staff. There was specially this call boy (I think Gilberto is his name), who spoke perfect German and was very friendly and helpful, sharing many tips for exploring the city.

Everything fine, only the pool service wasn’t available all the time while open. Also for breakfast there could be a better bread selection (there was practically only croissants, no whole bread option).

We appreciate the attractive locations and well-designed hotel infrastructure. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and we received excellent assistance from the bartender, breakfast servers, and bellboy.

The reception staff displayed general rudeness, lacked sufficient tourist information about the city, and showed little interest in offering additional assistance. A similar experience occurred with the individual at the information desk, who was unfriendly when we inquired about activities in Cali. In a 5-star hotel, one would anticipate excellent service at the reception as a minimum expectation.

Excellent service. The staff is friendly, respectful and eager to please. Good and varied breakfast. Awesome fresh tropical fruit. Location, location, location. Comfortable rooms. Very clean.

This is a great property, but in need of refurbishment. The linens, especially the towels should be replaced. Towels are threadbare, frayed, and dingy. The bathrooms are outdated and need attention. Even though the breakfast is very good, in a country famous for its coffee, the decaffeinated coffee, they serve is instant coffee. Quite disappointing.

Very friendy

I requested my room for 2, system in showed 1 person and I had to register my sencond person 3 times and gor charged almist 100 dollars per register after I was told they switched it to 2 in their system. That was unexceptable

From the beginning to the end, amazing stay at the Hotel Dann Cali, warn and genuine staff taking care of all our requests. You can feel that the staff is focusing in customer service and they really know how to make you feel that you are at home. Special thanks to the reception staff, the lobby Bar (Ruben and Willian) and the extraordinary service of Freddy at the restaurant. (by the way the food is above the average, very tasty and full of flavor :D ) Totally recommended the Hotel and looking forward to promptly return to la Capital del Cielo.

The hotel is walkable to many tourist spots and restaurants. Lobby staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has an abundant selection and varies daily. The room was spacious and well maintained, though it felt dated.

Getting to the room was like going through a maze.
