The pool was great we really enojes lounging in the sun and you can order drinks to the pool through staff. The breakfast has a wide verity of selections it was top notch. Staff is very attentive

First night my ac didn’t work, I checked in and left a keycard in the door so the Ac would be working and when arrived later that night the room would be nice and cool. Upon arrival the room was not cool and I called down which they had a guy come up and fix it. They offered for me to switch rooms with a working Ac but those rooms since the Ac wasn’t on were evven hotter. The lever that allows the cold water to come into the pipe and make the air conditioner was turned off but maitnece fixed it but this was all round 1:30 2am I couldn’t get sleep till 4am

Great location and the best breakfasts ever. I will likely remember some of those spectacular breakfasts forever. They offer vegetarian options, Colombian delicacies, traditional European and American offerings, a wide variety of fruits, a huge assortment of breads, freshly prepared eggs, and a range of other dishes. And to jump-start your morning, the staff serve you the region's signature coffee, along with a warm greeting. Both the dining room and the outside dining area adjacent to the pool are lovely. All staff are exceptionally service oriented, well trained, and kind. Loved the view of the cathedral from my room. My room was immaculately clean -- the cleaning crew obviously cares about doing an excellent job. I could not have asked for more.

Check-in was smooth and was able to occupy the room a couple of hours earlier than the check in time. That was a nice gesture as I had been driving since dawn and was able to get some needed rest. Bfast was quite good, the fruit was fresh, nice bakery selection, hot food, cold cuts, cheese. It also had an eggs-made-to-order. Good value hotel in downtown Pereira and close to shops and restaurants....walking distance.

The water in the shower would turn cold within a second.....not quite sure that was. Turning it on and off fixed the issue. I had to think a bit to answer what I did not like.

What a lovely, lovely spot. After three weeks of traveling in more basic accommodations, I loved my time at Movich. The staff in particular were exceptional! The restaurant (while pricey) was delicious, the heated pool was wonderful, the bed comfy, hot hot shower, strong reliable wifi - it was wonderful.

From the moment I arrived, Juan Carlos was there to help me with my bags and get me checked in. Afterwards, he showed me around the property and even helped me find a great place for currency exchange! I stayed in the suite and the only word I have for it is BREATHTAKING. The staff was extremely helpful and housekeeping was impeccable and extremely friendly. Not to mention the VIP room and the breakfast buffets. This hotel is nothing short of amazing and I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Movich staff and a special thanks to Juan Carlos!

The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was recently remodeled. The staff was very good and friendly. It has the full range of good amenities, to include spa, gym, bar, restaurant, and on-site parking. Despite being in the central part of the city, the rooms are quiet.

A full breakfast, great. Location was excellent. This hotel had all the amenities I needed, the pool was heated and beautiful. The spa and the staff were excellent. Everything was clean, no complaints. There is a mall right next to it, with the entrance inside the hotel- very convenient and has everything you may need.

I requested a quite room/floor, they offered a VIP room at the top floor that included an open snack bar M-F 3-8p and check in right away for 20 something more dollars each day. I got there at 230p and they would not let me into my original room. However, once I upgraded they let me into the VIP room- same room decorated differently, it was at the top floor. Yes it was quite, but the snack bar was not worth it, getting there at 5pm there were never any snacks left and no one overseeing this. I did not think it was worth it.

My fiance lives there, for now. And I wouldn't mind staying there at your when I come, which is every Two months, however I would like to enjoy a cocktail in the bar. But you don't have what I drink. Which is Hennessey conyac in you Bar area.. Just a little heads up, I've booked my room there again in a few weeks. Maybe you can look into that for me . Much appreciated.

Great location in Pereira if you need/want to be close to business or nightlife. The breakfast is pretty good, although very local flavours. Rooms are pretty comfty

I stayed during the gas shortage in the region, I understand the restrictions of this situation obviously, but I would have expected that once they had regained Gas usage they would have informed the guests. I only found out there was hot water or that the spa was opened a day later after a casual conversation with a breakfast employee

Children doing cartwheels in the lobby. Non parent control ignorance but at least have hotel concierge control for liabilities of such acts. I observed first hand but several elderly guest were bothered as well.
