The lobby and public areas had recently been remodeled; many of the rooms had been remodled or were currently in the process of being remodeled. The bartender Bri was wonderful, very personable, and made my evenings just that much more a little special. When I stayed it wasn't overly busy but still for my room type I got a room away from the other patrons which kept it nice and quite for my extended stay. The staff was always extensively helpful, from the front desk to whenever I needed more towels brought to the room. It was in a great location, very walkable to bars, the water, and restaurants - all at a fraction of the cost of many of the other hotels nearby.

They were very accommodating, especially given that my stay kept getting extended while I was in town needing to get my car worked on and was not sure how long I was actually going to be staying for. The vending machines could possibly be replaced, as they tended to take your money and not dispense anything, but that's just a minor inconvenience more than anything.

It was smooth and comfortable walking into the building at the beginning. Very inviting, super, lovely. The way everything was laid out. The girl at the front desk was super. Friendly, the following morning had breakfast continental. The gentleman who is serving was so kind and talked to everyone coming in and out for breakfast.

Room for 2 only had set up for 1 person to take a shower.Other than that, everything else was great.

Everything was great, except the beds. Once you were in, it was comfortable. But, every time you would move, the skirting, which is metal, it would make a banging sound and would wake the other person up. Breakfast was great as usual, as we have stayed there before. But, because of the noisy beds, we will look further down the road for our next visit. Thank you.

Very close to everything we wanted to do , and a lovely array of restaurants/bars , just across the road. And a swimming pool . The shower was outstanding!

Worked well for what we needed after we requested to switch rooms due to high traffic noise on the lake side. Nice to have a bar on site.

It was further to the beach that what was expected but worked anyway. Alot of highway 95 noise on lake side of building but was better when we were moved to other side.

Staff service and care. They went to great lengths to assure that I was secure and comfortable. Reception staff was particularly informative and caring. The layout is large but they go to great lengths to explain the set up.

The property needs some TLC. I would invest on improving outside look, paint job maybe a new roof. It has better than average interiors but would make sure linens and beds are top notch without going nuts cost-wise.

Check-in was a nightmare. I saw at least three people behind the front desk but only one checked people in. I was fourth in line when I arrived and it took over 30 minutes to get my key. And...I can't go up and down stairs but was originally assigned a room on the upper floor. Astounding to have a motel with no elevators or other ADA accommodations. You should at least ask about issues like that at the registration website.

Marla was very helping us with directions to this property and with check in. The breakfast buffet was good with many offerings.

Our service animal barked at every sound. A room away from parking lot might have resolved her issue.

I wish the bar was open later and for breakfast.I wish they had bacon and bananas

More than one small driver's can in the room and ireland needed a sweep underneath the door it was like one inch of light showing.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful.

A bit noisy at night on the weekend. Pool opened at 9 but was still be cleaned at 11.
