The breakfast was excellent, especially since it was self-service in a spacious area. The highlight was the staff, who were always attentive and ready to help. The parking area was also spacious, which made things convenient.

There was an issue with my check-in, and the reception staff called my room at 11 PM to resolve their mistake, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, transporting luggage through the parking lot instead of the reception area was not ideal, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Good little place to stay! It was near a lot of great attractions, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores—the people up front were friendly, quick and got right to the point when checking in and out! I felt safe and comfortable staying here.

It felt just a little unclean inside the room. We had a dead carpet roach curled up in the corner of the bathroom from the moment we arrived, one of the pieces of furniture in the room was missing a whole drawer, and there was a faint buzzing from somewhere in the room that never stopped.

Great value. Easy to get to, right off the interstate. Rooms were clean and comfortable, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Friendly and honest receptionists. Clean rooms ( slightly dated but CLEAN), clean and daily maintained swimming pool. Fairly good selection for breakfast. Quiet area and not too far from shops etc.

Personal preference The motel feel with toom doors opening into open air corridors which means I was sweating immediately whenever I opened my door as it was hot most days and air conditioners were also letting out additional heat into the corridors into the open air. Clearly, I'm not used to that!

The location is ideal, right in the center of town and close to the university. The hotel was very quiet at night, set back from the side roads. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room was large with a sofa, a desk, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. The heater was silent while maintaining a comfortable temperature. I slept well.

Entry to the rooms are from the outside which requires a chilly outside walk to the hotel lobby area where the breakfast is served.

The rooms are very clean. No noise and I was on the second floor. Good breakfast. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Use of a lot of paper products at breakfast. Just wish it were a bit more environmentally friendly.

It was very nice and kept up very well. It looks like a really fancy, high dollar hotel when you walk into the lobby. The room was very comfortable and clean and I really liked & appreciated that the staff was able to help me check in an hour and a half early. It is VERY secure and safe and in a decent neighborhood. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here as a solo traveler (single woman) and would for sure stay again.

The only thing I didn’t care for is that when I was there the pool had a small bit of debris floating around in it and when I showered after swimming I had to pick a dead bug out of my hair.

Good breakfast. Wish they had served sausage gravy more often than once a week. Toilet had a power flush and shower has a strong flow. Staff was very friendly. Easy to use the business computers provided.

Phone in the room was inoperative. Housekeeping staff was reluctant to clean/refresh room for those staying more than a single night---only once a week for those with extended stays.

Very comfortable, well laid out with great parking for any room. The pool was lovely and clean, bed comfortable, and shower very good.

Coffee bar in lobby was messy and often lacking basic supplies. The lifeguard at the pool did not enforce the no children unaccompanied by parents rule. The result was two rude, splashing kids who were bothering other guests and being unsafe.

The location, the room, the breakfast was all fantastic.

The older gentleman with a heavy thick accent was very rude and disrespectful. I didn't appreciate that he yelled at me to inform me that there was no elevator for me to bring my luggage cart into the lobby. I told him it would have been nice if he told me before I brought all my luggage. He yelled at me and said it is not his responsibility to let me know. When I checked out the next day I did ask for his name from another staff member. His name began with an M....Millet or Milhad. He was very rude to other guests as well especially to the gentleman who was from Ireland. So very unprofessional.
