The hotel is cheap. The breakfast was less than basic. Rooms are spacious and equipped with fridge. Swimming pool was closed however the weather was not good enough for using it. There are no elevators for highest level (3) but you can access your room from different parking places both to level 2 and level 1 rooms. The parking lot is huge and sufficient.

Everyone who works at this Best Western is very friendly and helpful. I had a confusing reservation—7 rooms under different names— and everyone was very patient with me when I needed to change names. 5 of the rooms were close to each other, which was helpful. Requests for extra towels and help printing were answered quickly and with a smile. Rooms were simple but everything we needed, and the shower’s water pressure was great. The breakfast had a good variety: eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, and cereal. Plenty of options and plenty of room for my big group. The hotel was sold out when we were there, but employees still had time for us. Location is a short drive from the Vienna Metro station, which allowed us to get into DC easily each day.

The room was clean and comfortable. Same as advertised and pictured on the website. Check-in was smooth. The American breakfast was very good for a 3 star hotel. It had hot scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage patty, grits, cereal, shredded cheese, pancake, honey, butter and jam, toast bread, cream cheese, apples, small banana cupcakes, small type of doughnut munchkins, coffee, tea and milk. The pool looked nice with a few tables and chairs around and there was also a lifeguard on site.

I really don't have anything to complain about.

The breakfast was excellent, especially since it was self-service in a spacious area. The highlight was the staff, who were always attentive and ready to help. The parking area was also spacious, which made things convenient.

There was an issue with my check-in, and the reception staff called my room at 11 PM to resolve their mistake, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, transporting luggage through the parking lot instead of the reception area was not ideal, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Fairly good hot breakfast options, but a better variety of pastries would have been nice. Poor quality and weak coffee.

Got off to a bad start when, half a minute after first entering my room, I spotted a cockroach crawling on the far wall opposite the window. Fortunately, the experience was not repeated. Very few rooms with walk-in showers; I had to put up with a tub/shower combo. No good restaurant options within reasonable walking distance.

Good little place to stay! It was near a lot of great attractions, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores—the people up front were friendly, quick and got right to the point when checking in and out! I felt safe and comfortable staying here.

It felt just a little unclean inside the room. We had a dead carpet roach curled up in the corner of the bathroom from the moment we arrived, one of the pieces of furniture in the room was missing a whole drawer, and there was a faint buzzing from somewhere in the room that never stopped.

Friendly and honest receptionists. Clean rooms ( slightly dated but CLEAN), clean and daily maintained swimming pool. Fairly good selection for breakfast. Quiet area and not too far from shops etc.

Personal preference The motel feel with toom doors opening into open air corridors which means I was sweating immediately whenever I opened my door as it was hot most days and air conditioners were also letting out additional heat into the corridors into the open air. Clearly, I'm not used to that!

The location is ideal, right in the center of town and close to the university. The hotel was very quiet at night, set back from the side roads. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room was large with a sofa, a desk, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. The heater was silent while maintaining a comfortable temperature. I slept well.

Entry to the rooms are from the outside which requires a chilly outside walk to the hotel lobby area where the breakfast is served.

The rooms are very clean. No noise and I was on the second floor. Good breakfast. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Use of a lot of paper products at breakfast. Just wish it were a bit more environmentally friendly.
