Check-in was fine. Location wise is good for nearby amenities for travelers (i.e., gas stations, food places). Room was large and spacious. Television worked.

The pet fee and limit were not indicated on Booking.com, which just stated pets are welcome. We ended up paying more than the room fee for our well behaved well mannered dogs. For the breakfast, the waffle batter was completely empty and was not replaced when asked. The air conditioner 'worked' in that it hummed along but there was minimal to any cold air coming through and it was set at 60C.

If you factor in the cost, it gets a solid 10 from me. I was in town to photograph a wedding and this place suited my needs. The dude at the front desk was super nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast spread was awesome. The shower was solid. And all the employees I ran into seemed to be happy to be working there.

The Wi-Fi was lacking a bit, but it got the job done. It definitely has the smell of old Hotel, but that’s to be expected in this price range lol

I loved the muffins and cereal. I was never patient enough to wait for the waffle maker, but I'm sure they were lovely. I also really loved the juice machine selection!

The floors were pretty scuffed up and dirty, mostly in the halls, but also somewhat in my room. There was a lamp and a bathroom light that kept flickering, and the wifi was TERRIBLE, but it was also stormings so I do understand that. The problem is I was there to also get away and get some work done, and I just couldn't do that with your wifi connection so I had to spend all of Friday at a relative's house to get that done, which was very inconvenient when I was paying for a hotel room.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Towels were all clean, the big hot tub thing was clean, bathroom, fridge, and the whole room itself was very clean. We stay here every few months and will always come back. :)

I don't have many gripes. But the only one would be that they don't have a lot of fresh breakfast options. They only have waffles and bunch of refrigerated items and fruit. Which is good and all. But eggs and bacon would be cool too.

Pet friendly, beds were comfortable & room was clean, staff was also very, very nice!

Our room however, had a strange odor, smelled like dirty sweaty socks! Couldn't quite identify the smell & because we were there for a funeral, we had other things on our minds so just decided to buy some Lysol spray, spray the room down & deal with it! Also elevators would sure be handy for those roomed on 2nd floor with mobility issues having to carry luggage up & down stairs😉

Very clean and quiet. Sits off the road just enough to make it quiet. They have an excellent breakfast. Eggs,sausage,biscuits and gravy. Waffles, cereal, oatmeal and several different bread and yogurt choices.

The parking lot has several small holes. It could definitely use some repair.

The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows even though they were 4 small square ones. Shower had great water pressure and stayed hot. Asked what the wi-fi password was and was told "we didnt need one"--they didn't have wifi???? Located near a large speedway which was walking distance from hotel. Didn't see any elevators?

That the front desk gal informed us of a coming storm Rain, Wind and Tornado's and what we can do for protection. I have never been that close to a tornado but felt comfort in knowing a plan! We did move into the front desk area to watch the News waiting for the storm to hit and getting to a safe place when the warning would come..we were spared.

There was not a good breakfast offered to with people who have issues with gluten. Try to offer some protein staples. eggs, bacon or sausage. We ended up with coffee and went to breakfast before we left town

Location is excellent as right next to the interstate & plenty of restaurants & shops

Only down side was the breakfast area. The toaster was useless & in the corner. Needs to be moved but that’s about it.

although an older property, the maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel was top notch. if all Quality Inns where like this location, I would never stay anywhere else. EVERYONE I interacted with was polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and SO clean! They were so kind and accommodating to my dog that travels with me. can’t say enough positive things about this location.

The king mattress was pretty damaged. The whole middle of the bed was sunk way down so when you slept on it it was like being in a bowl. not so comfy:)
