Spacious rooms, comfortable rooms, great place around a lot of stores and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. Friendly cool tenants.

One of the rooms that we rented had dog feces in the hallway and tracked into the room before our arrival dried on the tile floor in the room. My sister wanted to go somewhere else but was non refundable. The maid service came and cleaned up but was hard to communicate as she spoke no English

Property is located in a convenient location with easy access to I-69. The staff were very nice, but some upgrades are sorely needed. The bed was very hard. The hallway carpet smelled musty . With a few improvements, this Property could achieve a higher rating.

Some of the lights didn’t work and bathroom had some hiccups as well as it smelt like bad backup of sewer

The bed was horrible. It was so hard, and so were the pillows. It was kinda loud, and the hallway smelled like a frat house!

Our room was not cramped for space.

We didn’t really feel safe. Often there were people outside in their vehicles for hours loitering. We found the doors around the property not completely closed and locked several times.

The facilities were very run down. Walls were stained, bedding looked questionable, pillows weren't comfortable, cupboards were chipped or broken, just not well maintained.
