Great location. A short drive from the zoo as well as the children’s museum. Lots of food choices in the area which is nice since we all like different stuff. Walked to Freddie’s for ice cream. My wife and daughter went down for breakfast and said they had a good variety with excellent staff. The AC was amazing. The hotel smelled fresh and clean throughout. Would stay again for sure.

The beds in comparison to home were mehh. Needed more trash receptacles. There was spilled milk in the fridge that was leaking out onto the bottom of the cabinet. We cleaned it up. Loud doors. We would still stay again.

Breakfast was great, a lot of options for our three kids. Staff was helpful and professional. Staff accomodated our request for connecting rooms. This made things a lot earsier for us. We enjoyed the pool as well. It was nice they had a few pool accessories.

Pool was nice but it was quite small. More than two families in there and it felt extremely crowded. Our room was right above the outside bar, this was a little frustrating that there was a lot of noise until well after midnight.

The property was very clean and accessible to a lot of different things in the area. Erica was amazing as well as recommend Jalesa. Erica knew I was graduating and gave me a card with some thoughtful words written inside and James’s brought me a bottle of water one morning when I was working out! Gestures like this set them apart from the rest and end feel very important as guests in the hotel. Everything was great and the breakfast was tasty and fresh each day! The hotel is well maintained and they really do go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible !!

The room was very clean and we appreciated the larger supply of shampoo, ect in the bathroom instead of small individual bottles.

The pool water did not seem very clean. Also, the tiles around the pool are extremely slippery and our son fell several times, even though he was walking carefully. Our kids were disappointed in the pool.

Very clean and nicely decorated facility. The room air conditioner was quiet and didn’t smell musty. Nice window coverings and room accommodations. Breakfast area and food were outstanding.

Would be nice to have instead of four soft pillows, to have two soft and two with a little more firmness. Just a personal preference though, not complaining.

Loved this hotel. Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved that they have a restaurant! Found the staff very professional and friendly. Honestly, best hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. if I need to stay in Indy, this will be where I stay. GREAT value for the price. Absolutely no complaints.

The hotel was so clean and comfortable. The rooms were quiet and very large. We come to Pacers games often and this will be our new go to hotel to stay in.

The WiFi was down while we were there. I also feel like they needed more front desk staff. There was a large crowd checking in when we arrived. A front desk manager was training a new employee and there was a long wait to check in.

Clean comfortable beds. Clean shower. Hotel bartended was extremely nice. She didn’t have what I wanted for a mixed drink but found a way to make one that was basically the same. She was GREAT

The staff preparing breakfast seemed overwhelmed and seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the guests who were waiting!

The staff were very friendly, the place smelled very pleasant, and it was very clean. The room was very nice as well and spacious.

The only thing I can say the water in the shower wasn’t powerful for me lol other than that I have no complaints.

Every staff was so nice.

There’s a very squeaky chair in our room. I hope they can change it. I sat there while everyone was sleeping and the squeaking was a little loud that I am afraid I might wake up my friends.
