Comfy bed and updated decor.

It is not that I didn’t like the hotel. Just this I noticed. Breakfast was average. Sausage was not good and eggs were too salty. Bathroom tub needs updated. Hard to stand in with sloped sides. A little slippery. I had a late check out, but housekeeping still banged (literally) on the door 45 min prior. I mentioned it to the desk on the way out. They did apologize and were kind to me, but the manager got on the radio and told staff about it right at the desk and loudy. I am glad they followed through on it, it just seemed a little harsh and unprofessional where everyone could hear it. The manager seemed very irritated, understandably. She just should have taken that out of ear shot.

Breakfast. It was adequate and filling. Staff was great and very friendly.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom which came on anytime the light was turned on was extremely loud and sounded like a jet engine. Not sure how loud it was in adjoining rooms but I used a flashlight at night and left the light/fan off. Power to the room lamps was controlled by an unidentified switch just inside the room entry door. I had to ask for help to get the lamps turned on. There should be some signage to help out a first time client. Breakfast coffee not exactly gourmet.

Breakfast was great! One of the best things for a hotel stay is a great breakfast and you guys nailed it.

I have nothing to add other than just expensive.. but it is 2024 so I understand the market

Love their gravy so much ❤️ Great location. Love everything. Specially one of their staff helped me out with my big packets.

Their indoor pool closed during our stayed. And need more smile serving customers.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff very nice and accommodating.

The room had strange odor and where my room was located you could hear the staff getting ready for breakfast.

Everything was great. We had a handicapped room, and it was all good. Except a small thing. In the bathtubs I'd like to see nonskid strips. It was a little slippery getting out of the tub. There are grab bars. But the strips would be even more safety. Thanks for the great breakfast also. Wasnt expecting that.

I really didn't find anything to dislike. Just dont find Inns like Comfort Inn anymore. We will be booking again.

Location was great. Property was nothing special, but fit our needs just fine. Free breakfast had biscuits and gravy all weekend. Close to Kokomo Speedway

I was charged $13 more than the Booking.com price that I was quoted.

Value of the room - very reasonably priced.

The faucet on the tub leaked continually. Maintenance responded immediately as the part had already been ordered to seal the faucet so there was not anything they could do.

Clean room, excellent staff and good breakfast options.

The only complaint is that the room was hot, humid and stuffy although it was cool outside. The air conditioner didn’t work too well and took half the day to cool the room. We cranked it on high and left for an event. By evening the room was perfect.

Good location. Their bfast is okay. Their gravy’s was so good. Love it ! 👍🏽❤️

Much better is all staffs gives customers little bit smile. 😃
