I love the pancake rolling machine that was really cool they have good yogurts they have good fruit have good coffee please update the scrambled egg thing it is gross that's the only thing bad about the whole place that's it oh the fact that the jacuzzi by the pool is still broken that's very sad for the rest of the people that are staying over if they don't have a jacuzzi suite otherwise the jacuzzi suites or immaculate and beautiful and fun I this time have a regular room normally I have the jacuzzi suite on that was just beautifully clean and properly done very well done thank you so much

The icky scrambled egg thing and the fact that the outdoor excuse me the jacuzzi by the pool was broken again that's not good for patrons that are traveling and get regular rooms and they just want to go relax and get a Jacuzzi I usually get the jacuzzi room this time I didn't I wasn't available but I would have liked to have gone taken a Jacuzzi anyway but I did not get to darn it otherwise great

NEW OWNER is upgrading. A work in progress! New landscaping looks wonderful. Service was great. Much more customer oriented than under previous owner. Staff professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast could stand a little upgrading. But if NEW OWNER continues I'm sure this place will be back in top shape soon. Nice to see someone taking pride in ownership.

I've stayed at this hotels a few other times I really love this place it's always clean I love the hot tub and jacuzzi but the breakfast in the morning the complimentary breakfast is awful the eggs scrambled with whatever she whatever the heck it is is gross that's the only that's the only thing I'm complaining about everything else is just great

I loved that it was right next to all the shopping outlets and it wasn’t too far from Redding either!

Sometimes we would come back to our room and it wouldn’t be cleaned but we kept it clean regardless. I also wasn’t aware of the 100$ deposit when we checked in and i think it should be in the description of this place seeing as one who hasn’t booked a stay for themselves wouldnt automatically assume there is a fee/deposit upon check in.

The hot tub, pool, breakfast in the morning which was delicious, and our room was amazing!!!! Will most definitely stay here again next time we are up that way.

Truly loved everything!!!! A beautiful rose garden out behind the building, the pancake maker for breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and even the staff was so helpful and cheerful!

I travel to Washington State a couple of times a year from California. Your hotel in middle of the road for me. It is a excellent place to stay. Clean, quite, safe and Mike in reception is excellent. Personable, professional and knowledgeable. He makes your stay worth it.

Beds could be a little softer.

The manager Brianna was very helpful and kind. She went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed

Breakfast was not great

Overly staff, excellent renovated room, tasteful decor, all facilities in good shape and breakfast too! “Mike” in particular seemed to really take his work seriously and impressed us. Dead quiet room, dark, great condition, spacious and well lit!

Breakfast carried a bit each day depending on availability and person setting up, but great overall.

Traveled solo with my service dog and arrived at 1AM. Called ahead and receptionist assured me someone would be there to check me in.

Booking.com raised the price $50 more when I waited too long to reserve

Did not like breakfast, we travelled all across the US and it was inferior. They put chemicals in the pool at 9:00 both times we were there and stay there to swim so we were disappointed and cold not wait 2 hours. The front dead girl was great. I can’t remember her make. Red hair
