Hotel was very quiet, my room was very quiet had a nice look towards the Pacific side. The breakfast was very good, everybody could have several options to make his breakfast, either eggs and sausages or muesli or toast with butter and cheese cream or marmelade and different yoghurts. Also directly opposite you have a busstop, another one 50 meters away, A seven eleven shop 30 meters away. The big walmart with all you have forgotten few busstops away. Also the blue tram line stop to San diego or south near the border you get from the bus opposite with few stops for 2,50 dollars

The mixer of the shower went a bit difficult to start but nothing serious

The room provided to us was spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our family’s needs. Even though it was cold, however around 2 pm the pool was a hit with the whole family. We appreciated the child-friendly menu options in the restaurant. What made our stay especially enjoyable was the hotel’s location. It was conveniently situated close to family attractions and parks, making our outings stress-free and fun. The staff was also incredibly helpful in recommending kid-friendly activities and sites to visit in the area.

A generous parking space would be helpful.

Room complete with ref, microwave and hairdryer which a family with a kid needs. Parking is free and convenient. Beds are comfortable and has enough pillows. Breakfast has eggs and sausages!

Bathroom door lock does not work. Due to the location, there are loud banging sounds outside in the morning. Not sure if it's the car wash or some other establishment. After a day of cleaning, the room smells a bit like wet rag. Same smell when AC is on fan mode.

First night, room 205 smelled clean as we walked in. The blankets, carpet, towels and tv look new. Marble tops by the TV, next to the bed and in the restroom. Seems like they just remodeled.

Second night, room 210 same as room 205 but it look like somebody broke the door. Seems like they fix it instead of getting a new one, these black screws look like stitches around the white door. For some reason that make me feel a bit uncomfortable .

Everyone was friendly great customer service. Cleanliness, location and their free breakfast was great too.

Bathroom toilet water was running all nighttime to noisy . Offer to fix but no one came back till the next day. To top it off we were still in the room at 10am when maintenance unlocked the door to come in I jumped out of bed and stoped him. Told him to come back when we check out and closed the door . He should of checked to see if we had checked out for the day

You had a spoon which I didn't have at the other place I stayed at after getting out of the hospital to get cleaned up. Had to eat my cereal and whole milk with my fingers. All that sticky stuff on your body from the IV and heart monitoring. I wanted a bathtub and it is rather expensive for a low income senior after being put in a wheelchair for over fifteen years by my employer Berg Electric out of Escondido. Had some deep vein thrombosis, also known as blood clots. The other place I stayed. All of the machines for ice and other things, were broken. No ironing board with an iron. It probably works but I didn't need it.

Some of the repairs that have been done to the room. Their work isn't up to my personal quality of a job well done. I'd like to do your repairs on the rooms for some extra money. I know for a fact that I can do better than what was done. I took the room on Friday and was told by the front desk that the deal has expired as of tomorrow morning, Tuesday the 28th after asking if I could stay another two nights for the same price.

The staff was very helpful. We asked for extra sheets and blankets a couple of times, and they provided. We had actually just left our previous hotel which really needed better hygiene and had bad service. We booked quality inn randomly and were really glad when we left. The breakfast was sufficient and the space was enough. The rooms were actually better than we expected. Worth the money.

everything was so perfect and comfortable! super clean , beds were amazing . loved the 24hr front desk . 7/11 was right next to it and was very convenient.

the area was a little concerning . also didn’t like the $100 security deposit. it should be cheaper . someone of us don’t have that type of money to spend $200 just for a place to rest before/after a long drive. I booked the hotel because it looked great for the price of $89 but ended up paying $103 plus another $100 for security deposit could’ve paid the same price for a safer area but the hotel itself was amazing it was definitely worth it .

Close to the event, eateries, privacy

It was too expensive for that area, same breakfast, not much of a selection. Very outdated needs to be upgraded a lot. Broken non functional reading light. Bathroom toilet roll broken and fixed by plastering and making another hole.

I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it was great to know that it was an option. The staff was friendly. The facility was not as close to the places that we visited as I would have liked, but I guess I was responsible for that.

A better choice of eating establishments locally would have been helpful. The parking spaces were very tight.
