Excellent service, staff always friendly and attentive. . We would like to single out Jamal (bellboy) for being exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Valet parking excellent. Gym large and very well equipped. Happy hour in the bar overlooking the downtown sunset very enjoyable.

The bathroom has poorly designed and executed tall wide marble skirting with sharp corners - we kept catching our ankles on it. Some of the fixtures on the shower and toilet were sharp enough to scratch. Our room terrace (balcony) overlooked a huge building site related to the hotel. We understand that the rooms are due to be refurbished next year.

Received a room upgrade due to Gold status with Hilton. Room was expansive and well appointed with a balcony, but overlooking the roof. "maid service" was excellent.

Ate dinner at rooftop restaurant. Room was too cold owing to totally open giant sliding doors. On warm night it would have been ok. Portable heaters did not help all that much. $30.00 for a bowl/cup of mediocre tomato bisque. You have to be kidding. Prices were outrageous al a carte, but pre fixe tasting menue for $55.00 +m tax was excellent/

Lovely room, nice size. Big bathroom with nice tub. View room with terrace was great. Comfy bed. The room service breakfast was delicious. I was there for medical recovery and they were very kind about it.

I thought the price was very high. I also did not like having to pay $65 for parking after the huge price for the room. It would be nice to have Netflix, etc. because the movies for rent had a great selection but $20 each plus tax. Very expensive couple of days.

The hotel was exceptional. My room was fantastic, with a beautiful bathroom and a lovely balcony. The staff were responsive and attentive to the needs of their guests. The restaurant on the 8th floor is stunning, with an excellent view of Beverly Hills. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The seafood tower meal at the restaurant was terrible, and over priced We regret choosing it as a lunch meal.

Breakfast was variable but too costly, the bar area only opened until 10pm which isn't late enough when on vacation, the pool & outside area's were closed fir a full day & night due to a marketing event, we were not pleased about that, very unfair on paying guests.

No bar or dining facilities around the pool.

I don’t write reviews…but for this trip I had to… We had the most amazing stay at the Beverley Hilton From arrival the staff were amazing and so welcoming….breakfast…wow! …and the pool area is lovely after a long hot day sight seeing Our room was fantastic with views out to the hills The staff here are exceptional…and you can see they pride themselves in being so ….special thanks to Sean, Hayedeh and Milena who did an amazing job during our stay with great recommendations …thank you Sean…and getting us last minute transfers Milena and Hayedeh! Location of the hotel is superb and Uber so easy to get around. Thank you Beverley Hilton we take away lovely memories…

The location, and the staff was very accommodating..

The valet parking was extremely expensive and the inconvenience of the construction on the property. The noise in the morning was disturbing on the balcony side of the property. I suggest that you inform your guest of the noise on that side of the property.

Absolutely loved the upgrade to a cabana hotel room. My patio doors opened up directly on the pool deck. Those same doors closed and locked securely, as demonstrated by Charles, bell captain upon my arrival. Food was absofreakinglutely excellent, and the staff was not only congenial, but they introduced me to a lot of the features as the salon, gym, etc., although I was only spending two nights and one and one half very busy days. I love the Beverly Hilton, LA, California.

Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. I did ask for a quiet room but was originally placed right next to elevator. I moved rooms the next day and paid for upgrade into main building. Made me question if booking through Booking gets to you the lower end of the options.

beautiful hotel, very functional, great pool and food

pool was too cold, many people said this free internet is bad, I tried to download some movies to my ipad for my flight back and could not, made my 12 hour flight back bad. good internet should be free, it really makes the experience so much better
