Parking was convenient and at no cost. We were there for an event and the food was great and the ballroom space was very nice. Also the lady at Starbucks heated up my sandwich for my wife because she slept late and didn't eat it until later. The hotel room was very comfortable and we had a nice view of the golf course next door.

We grabbed a couple of sausage and egg sandwiches at Starbucks but they are apparently made by the hotel or a non Starbucks vendor, but they were not very good and I would not buy one again. Also the room did not have a microwave which would have been great for heating up food and coffee. Late checkout was 1:00 pm, which was fine, but we asked if we could pay to stay for a few more hours and we were told it would be $80 (might as well stay another night for that price), so of course we left at 1:00. I would have paid up to $40 for 3 more hours.

The staff was incredibly kind! Checked in late in the evening and the person working the check-in desk was sociable and provided professional service while being efficient. It was a beautiful hotel and I appreciated having free self-parking. Our hotel was well-prepared and seemed clean as well. It was what I had hoped and expected.

Very good breakfast and nice dining room. I'm sure you've heard about the price point. That said, the fiodc was quality in variety and volume and the frying station talent is professional.

Price point, really. Family experience? I don't think so. Coffee vendor in lobby is fine.

Location. It was perfect for all we wanted to do. Free parking! Quiet.

Breakfast was expensive! Had to go elsewhere. Which in the long run was great as we found new fun places.

Cleanliness

You get charged an internet charge that is supposed to be charged if you use their internet. I NEVER LOGGED INTO THEIR INTERNET and got charged 9.99 per day. I called the hotel and she assured me that I couldn’t be charged w/o logging in. I NEVER LOGGED IN. I used my cellular data the whole time They need to change their rationale/justification for making that charge. It’s a gyp!

Convenient and bar/restaurant was good.

Arrived at exact checkin time with months long reservation and being told I would have to wait approximately another hour to checkin because they were “ busy “ was not acceptable to me after a 7 hour drive. I was told to feel free to go back to my car to wait or sit in the hotel lobby. Was not happy and after a little blowback was told they had a room available. NOT acceptable

Your parking was a problem due to a lack of spaces. Do not like current room service. With current price, the room should be attended to daily,not every 4 days.

required 50$ Deposit each night. for example if you planning to stay 4 night required 200$ deposit

we stay at this hotel every year for my husband’s birthday. The kids love the indoor heated pool and we love the restaurant down stairs since we can both enjoy a drink with dinner. We both won’t drive even if we have had just one drink so it’s nice to be able to enjoy one together with our meal. The staff is friendly and I love that I can grab a coffee in the morning at the Starbucks located in the lobby cause let’s face it any type of vacation with a 5 year old and another under one you’re gonna need a coffee first thing.
