Thank you so much! Assisting General Manager Serena Lau was awesome! She was helpful, informative and made my stay very enjoyable! Serena was always smiling and sharing useful local attraction information! Her team of front desk and restaurant staff was also genuine, helpful and had great attitude. Pleasantly surprised with the customer service quality! Economical Self service laundry available which made long stay much easier. Room rates were very reasonable and hotel was close to shopping mall.

The hotel reception and room cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our 5 day stay, we had several DHL deliveries and the parcels were kept safe for us by the reception staff - thank you, this was v much appreciated. The room fridge was a useful size and allowed us to keep our drinks nice and cold. V comfortable bed.

It was great that the hotel had a small gym. However, one of the 12lb (or was it the 15lb) dumbbells was missing. I would respectfully suggest that another pair of 10, 12 & 15lb dumbbells be procured for the gym so that when more than one person is working out there is enough dumbbells so that you don't have to wait. Also, 3 or 4 decent floor exercise mats should be purchased for the gym.

Amenities, breakfast, attention and comfort in the room

Safety in the parking lot, we saw a car that had a broken window for robbery.

The Hotel was in a great location and was able to accommodate my entire family on the same floor, we had 6 rooms and were all able to be close together, the next time were in the area we will definitely stay here again

There was no problem at all. We have no complaints. Everything was great.

Location

Breakfast was not included with my stay. The bartender at night was mediocre at best to consumed with his girlfriend waiting for him to get off and in a hurry to get us out of there even gave us to go cups for our alcohol so we could leave

Clean

Outside seating was very limited And pool area was closed at 9am when I like drinking my coffee outside . Seating outside was not very accomodating

The breakfast was great and tasty.The location was nice with view of the mountains.

Something I didn't like was that you had to ask the front desk to clean the room.And that they should clean it everyday.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great value for the price, and the servers at the restaurant were attentive and very nice. All people working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed using the pool, which was great and well-maintained.

The only negative thing was that the carpets in our two rooms were a bit dirty.

you had to ask for room cleaning. I don’t need my sheets changed each day but having someone come into empty trash at least every other day would have been nice. I know I could have asked for that but I did not.
