Location was excellent right off I-70 and a good financial alternative to staying in pricey Breckenridge or Frisco. Only 15-20 minutes or so away from those towns. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and loved the walk-in shower! Everything was clean!

There was a slight odor in our room which I attributed to the carpet. Not a big enough deal to complain to management or get a different room, it’s simply something we noticed when we first opened the door to our room. Nothing some carpet cleaning can’t fix!

The location is beautiful and located perfectly in the center of everything

The only thing that I didn't like was that in the morning for breakfast when we went down stairs to the bar area we were ready for breakfast which looked amazing and then we were told we had to pay $19.99 just to eat breakfast with the price that we paid for the hotel room breakfast should have been included that was unacceptable!!!

Beds were comfortable.

I did not like that the door to the bathroom was glass. When you are trying to sleep, the light from the bathroom shines directly into the room

The hot tub was huge, well maintained, and had an incredible view. Our room was clean and we really enjoyed the fire pits they provided. We had a great time. It's a very relaxing place. I would definitely go back

Overall, there wasn't much I didn't like. We're here in the off-season. It seems like a place for skiiers, and it's summer. The front desk was a little busy, I had to wait to talk to them about a wi fi problem. They were very helpful and professional, though, and possibly they needed a second front desk person. This isn't actually bad, just odd. The hotel rooms had doors that looked like balcony doors but opened up just railing and had no place to stand.

As a ski resort the hotel appeared as good as it gets. I was unable to ski during my visit, so as a standard lodging, it was nice. Great views and location with good facilities. Outdoor spa, decent fitness center, plenty of activities in the area.

I stayed here during a week of traveling, a few other hotels offered free use laundry machines. The Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain did not. I had to withdraw $20 notes from the atm. The desk could not sell me detergent packets for the $20 notes. I charge the detergent to my room, and asked to break a $20 into smaller bills and quarters since the laundry room had no change machine. I know this process is common/normal in most hotels...but I'll forever compare it to the extreme convenience of complimentary machines at the other hotels.

Starting from Johnathon on down, everyone was nice, polite, welcoming, helpful, and willing to accommodate every question we asked, silly or not. This started with my first contact with the front desk. Waze didn’t take me to the front of the property so I called the front desk. Not only did Johnathon help me, but had my call forwarded to his cell phone so he could walk out, in freezing temperatures and snow, to flag me down and ensure I found my way to the parking lot. In today’s day and age, where it’s hard to find passionate people who care about their jobs and those they serve, this was an absolute show stopper. Anyone who cares that much gets my business again and again and again. He should be teaching classes in hospitality for 100% of your employees. We knew nothing about the property or Copper Mountain. We will be coming back to do it all again b/c of Johnathon and his staff.

One more bright, overhead light in guest rooms would be a welcome addition.

Good breakfast with huge space where to eat. Dated hotel but very cleaned. Beds were comfortable and we had enough space for the 4 of us. We were there just for a short one night stay. Lots of parking and closed the restaurants and gas stations. We had no time to enjoy the pool but it could very nice.

Staff at check-in could have been more friendly and more welcoming. But the young lady at check-out was very friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, just 10 min walk from the chairlift. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent. The lobby area was cozy with comfy chairs, couches and a fireplace. I enjoyed the hot tub everyday and they provided towels. There was always water and tea available in the hallway near the elevators. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location near multiple ski resorts, clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, up-to-date TV, great complimentary coffee within the room, nice gym and hot tub/jacuzzi, cozy and spacious lounge area, and Elkay bottle filling station.

Only one free parking stall per room (inconvenient for groups that convoyed two or more vehicles; other parking options are either too expensive a far) and the reception staff was not consistently at the desk (had to wait a while a couple of times to be assisted).

Clean room, quiet room, very nice ski storage, large hot tubs, lots of water in the lobby for drinking.

The opaque glass bathroom doors aren't great (when the light's on, everyone's up), the rooms are on the small side with not a lot of room to move around or walk easily, couldn't get the temperature in the room in winter cool enough to sleep comfortably.
