It was a very quite area, even though by a busy street. Front desk(Sue) was very nice and helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. Had a pool and hottub, (pool was a. Iittle cold) hottub was great. Plenty of parking and well lite. Price was affordable.

We had reserved a King room, which we got, but it was a handicapped room. Felt a little funny about being in that room, but front desk explained that we were last reservation for King room and thats all they had available. Bed was to hard for me, so I didnt sleep well. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not many choices, and being diabetic it was not good for me. Had cereal, waffles, muffins, some bananas, yogurt and did have a few hardboiled eggs. Typical low cost contennential breakfast. We went out.

We came to Loveland because our grandson was in the hospital and needed someone to stay with him for a few days when he was released. We originally were going to stay for 2 days, but had to extend our stay for 4 more days until he was better. Amanda the manager, was so nice, helped us extend our stay and moved us into a spacious suite that was perfect for staying with our grandson for a few days after his hospital stay. She always asked if we needed anything and how our grandson was doing. It was nice that they cleaned the room daily and made the beds. The breakfast had sausage sandwiches, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, juice, cereal and waffles. We were very comfortable and would stay there again.

hotel had a hot tub suite which was the reason to pick it. Jet weren't usable and were somewhat dirty but without using them the experience was fine. I would stay here again.

the side door on the hotel wasn't allowed to be used for some reason (you could exit, but not enter it) and that was right next to the room so having to walk around to the front got old.

Very friendly staff! Everyone was very accommodating. Everything was clean in our room. I don't think I seen it messy anywhere else. Beds were comfy.

My only issue is that our room had a muggy feeling to it, even with the ac on and smelt very heavily of after shave or something musky.

Check-in and the stay were great! I had little to no difficulty getting to and from my room. The room was clean and all the amenities were working.

There was an ice cream spill in the elevator that remained overnight and through the morning. There was little to no syrup for the waffles and not much warm food available with the continental breakfast.

It was in a good location for us. Everything we needed was there. Comfortable room with good bedding.

Wifi was spotty at best and TV rarely came in We missed a show we really wanted to see because of it. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Even though there was butter, honey and peanut butter, there was no toast or muffins to put it on. Cereal or a waffle was about the only choices.

Breakfast was simple but good - Waffles, microwave breakfast sandwich and cereal. Staff was very accomodating.

On a main street with heavy traffic during commuting times. Traffic lights are synched so with a little patience crossing traffic was easier than first appearance.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Comfortable armed chair great in handicap room.

Handicap shower (warm and great pressure) was aimed to center on f room rather than to back of shower … half the bathroom floor got wet:

The location of the hotel as perfect. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. My husband had a medical emergency while we were there and the front end staff helped him, called an ambulance, and even continued to check on him after the fact.

Was hoping for a little more variety with the breakfast. We stayed for 7 days so the lack of variety just wasn’t there for us. Same food day over day. Pillows were too soft, but that’s just a persona preference. Rooms need bigger trash cans if they are only going to be cleaned every 3 days.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The young lady working nights is very sweet. The woman working the overnight is the best hospitality ambassador your company could ever ask for. The room was clean, quiet and comfy. Heater worked great (-11 this weekend).
