Close to my event venue. The breakfast dining area was clean and food was nice. There was a convenience store nearby. The room we were eventually placed (2nd room-419) was very nice.

The first room (301) we were assigned, had no air conditioning. We informed the front desk staff, waited with no response. We left to eat and returned at least an hour later, disappointed no one had rectified the issue. We waited for staff at the desk to go to the room with us. The young lady knew we were waiting and seemingly made us wait even longer. Perhaps we were too nice, quiet and understanding…she eventually accompanied us to the room where we waited in the hot room for the mechanic who never showed up. We were reassigned to another room (419) after going back to the desk to inquire about the mechanic. Told the mechanic wasn’t on premises. Room 419 was perfect!

Affordable hotel near Washington, D.C. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways were not very clean and there was some renovations going on, but room was clean and comfortable.

There was blackout with electricity that lasted maybe few hours, but it was on a larger area so it was of course not the fault of the hotel. Blackout started before we were checking in, so reception computers were offline. But this was not a big problem because reception staff handled the situation professionally and managed to give us a room that we had booked.

Everyone was so courteous and even tho I paid for a smoking room, I was told only smoking outdoors but when you have them beautiful trees and the sound of the traffic as your escape it was beyond peaceful. I love this hotel I always stay there when I come into town. Will be returning again when I revisit Md!

Turkey bacon as an option as well as Turkey sausage.

It is exactly what is needed when you just need a cheap and clean place to stay near DC. It is a great alternative to staying in DC. It is easy to hop into town or go anywhere nearby. DC already has a lot of traffic, so you'll deal with that regardless. But overall, super clean (and thankfully NO bugs! 👍) and comfortable for how much you pay and where it's located.

They could offer water outside of breakfast hours like most hotels do.

The facility is clean but a bit dated. Replacing room and common space carpet or choosing different flooring, like laminate would be worthwhile.

How clean and comfortable everything was. The hallways were immaculate.

The elevators did not operate going down. That was a major inconvenience. I’m a smoker and I had to take the stairs down 4 floors just to get to my car. Luckily the elevator worked fine going up 😒

I didn't like the idea of having to pay a $100 deposit, and I am a frequent visitor of this location. The desk clerk was very rude and a narcissist

Your staff member ms.nicki is pleasant each time we come as well as morning desk person. Breakfast lady always helpful even when she was in pain.enjoyed my stay so much bought my family with me.even landry lady very sweet.keep up the Good work

Couldn't have coffee need almond milk. Different fruit. Key kept not working.raggy suitcase cart! Need little better parking.

Minor inconvenience. We could go up in elevators but not down. Staff said it was being worked on.

I called to ask can I purchase the boxing fight as was told yes an when I got there was informed that they didn’t have ppv channels. I would have booked some where that did if I wasn’t told that over the phone
