It was a great location parking was convenient and the lobby and rooms were beautiful. Staff was really nice also. Food at cafe was good and everyone was helpful. Pool area nice looking like a resort. Loved the art gallery too.

Pool was nice but it had so many fish flies were so abundant I had to beg my daughter to stay on the water there was clobs of them in there. Also with how beautiful the lobby is I thought the rooms would be more updated than they were.

Excellent location. Excellent staff (very helpful). No breakfast was available other than for pay. Carpet and other repairs were underway during the day and the desk staff seemed very busy (short handed?). Overall an excellent facility with lots of history in a superb location.

More staff, and particularly at the main desk and bar area.

I liked the interior of the first floor and the staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. The area seemed safe and the park is a short little walk away.

The ice machines were out of order on every floor. Use caution bc their hot water gets really hot incredibly fast. And the carpets were sticky. Also note, they do not have pack and plays or cots for babies/toddlers.

Fantastic lodging experience, once again. The staff has always been exceptional. The facilities always clean and well maintained. Great location to downtown (walkable). The amenities eg. lobby bar with food options, pool, exercise room, game room, art gallery, have always been wonderful.

It was clean and car park was nice and close.

It advertised that breakfast was included but when we asked the front desk it was suggested that we went to a cafe up the street.

Every staff member was so kind and friendly! Also really loved the layout and structure of the building and where it was located. Such a cute town! Rooms were.clean and guest services and diner were amazing!

Great vibe. Friendly people and personnel. Good facilities. We liked the gym, swimmingpool and the Pool table. Location is also nicely loacted in the centre with some nice restaurant options. We felt really safe here.

There was no breakfast option (as stated by the hotel). But we found our way to a nice breakfast place.

The receptionist this morning was phenomenal. I wish I had asked her name, but she even opened the pool early (my kids were giving her the puppy eyes) so they could get in before we had to leave. She was so gracious and made our visit all the better. Thank you!

Extremely charming and very elegant hotel and with an economy price. It was very quiet and comfortable. The decor was beautifully executed and we loved everything about our stay.

The lobby is so nice and everything is right there in one place. I also like the electric bikes that are available for guests to use. There are all sorts of restaurants and activities within walking distance.

My only complaint is the train. The hotel is right by the tracks.
