Great vibe. Friendly people and personnel. Good facilities. We liked the gym, swimmingpool and the Pool table. Location is also nicely loacted in the centre with some nice restaurant options. We felt really safe here.

There was no breakfast option (as stated by the hotel). But we found our way to a nice breakfast place.

The receptionist this morning was phenomenal. I wish I had asked her name, but she even opened the pool early (my kids were giving her the puppy eyes) so they could get in before we had to leave. She was so gracious and made our visit all the better. Thank you!

The lobby is so nice and everything is right there in one place. I also like the electric bikes that are available for guests to use. There are all sorts of restaurants and activities within walking distance.

My only complaint is the train. The hotel is right by the tracks.

The hotel is very nice and is kept clean. Staff were friendly.

The shade in the room did not black out all of the light. Black out curtains should be added. There was also a lot of noise outside from air horns during the night. It was unexpected and disturbed our sleep.

My family and I didn’t try the breakfast. There isn’t a complimentary breakfast. We did try their lunch and dinner items. The wings and cocktails were delicious.

Our room door wouldn’t shut unless locked.

It was so beautiful and the staff was so friendly. My kids were not told to be quiet when in the lobby and were allowed to enter every area of the hotel. We would definitely stay again

Make sure when they have events in the area , that customers don't have to walk so far , Block off some parking for events vs hotel

Location, lobby decor, & comfy beds. This is also pet friendly.

Hotel could use more luggage carts. Laundry pails were given out, and cannot be handled well by two 70 year olds.

We loved the welcoming feel. The colors were so fun and the extra touch of the game room and sitting room was perfect to spend some time together.

Loved the movie night at the pool. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Great location as well. Loved all the paintings and atmosphere.
