Ty at the front desk was very personable when I walked in and we chatted about Morgan Wallen for a few minutes while he was checking in. Making that personal connection like Ty did is so important to the realm of hospitality.

The TV in my room didn't work and the remote was missing the power buttons. I had to use a pen to turn on the TV via the remote and then when it finally turned on there was no cable or TV offerings

It was very nice and close to our location for the Oddities Expo.

When we checked in, there was trash in a draw in the room but the front desk got that taken care of very fast. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing!

Staff was very friendly and helpful for all of our questions. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Being a hotel in the business district it was a peaceful, quiet stay. Walking distance to the downtown area and other restaurants. Would stay again.

Nothing really negative to say except the location will require an uber or taxi to get to most things that you want to go see if you are staying as a tourist and not staying for business in the area.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at Lounge 201, and the food was delicious.

The shower didn't have much eater pressure, and it stayed warm, never got hot.

Ty at the front desk was amazing 👏 🙌 So very close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was overall a wonderful stay. Enjoyed it. Would definitely give it a 10 out of 10.

Parking was a little confusing but got the hang out of it. But that's it.

the size of the room was perfect for my family

the young gentleman that cheated us in wasn’t very friendly I tried to make conversation as it took so poop a while to get us settled & he still managed to forget our parking passes - he wasn’t as friendly as the other staff members.

It was close to the convention center for the national boxing tournament

My room wasn’t clean and they don’t have smart tv and no microwave in the room

I loved the view from the 8th floor room. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfy.

Everything was absolutely great! Rooms were clean, everything worked in the room, enough towels were provided. Beds were comfortable.

It isn't something that I didn't like, but the vending machines were not working appropriately on floor.

Staff was very nice and room was comfortable and clean.

There was a charge for parking (per day) that I have never encountered before. A hotel should provide parking (how do you think customers are going to arrive?). The ‘pet’ fee was a tad bit high.
