Staff and property was awesome.

The fact that the bathroom shower was was full of hair from another visit. I called the front desk and he stated he would let staff know. When they cleaned up the room they didn’t clean the bathroom shower. Same hair in the drain trap and ledge of shower remained our entire stay

The bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home with me. I loved the separate areas for showering and getting ready.

The pool could have been heated. Breakfast could have been included with the room reservation.

We had dinner and it was great and so was the staff that cooked it. She wanted to make sure we were pleased and with were.

Could add a fireplace to the courtyard

The room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony. For the most part it was quiet.

Check out staff was less than helpful. There was a billing issue and the hotel manager was annoyed that I asked her to fix it. The third floor smelled like week.

Everyone was incredible. Friendly, fast and courteous.

Dirty washcloths on shower curtain rod, no towels in room on check in. Also no in room safe, which I thought was a standard amenity

Check in was smooth and front desk staff were very kind and took their time to ensure everything was correct.

The vending could be on each floor as well as the ice machines

last nite of my stay the ppl in the room next to mine, was very loud. They were even out in the hall be loud.. Woke me up an had to call the front desk to have them quite it down..

Very Clean, Young lady that worked the night I checked in was very welcoming and professional.

No complaint's here except having to pay for breakfast is out of my hotel norm.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great

The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was not available said it was under construction and alot of the hotel was under construction as I could see the courtyard was not pleasant with grass & greenery it was mostly dirt and finding a parking spot later in the evening was horrible no spots available 😢

Good location. Room was very neat and clean. Staff was friendly.

Prices for snack were outrageously high.
