I never fill these out. So take that as an indication about what I’m going to say. The staff was amazing. I was traveling with a youth hockey team, and we are admittedly a pain in the butt group to deal with. Believe me I worked for a 300 room hotel that was 1 mile from a rink and hosted many of families during weekend tournaments. All staff treated us with kindness and respect. It’s obvious that they all have the “hospitality gene”. Special shout out to the female staff working the overnight shift. Kids up till 10:30p, parents drinking even later, guests complaining. She handled the situation with grace and respect.

Hearty breakfast that changed every day. Just a 2 block to a University Hospital with a cafeteria serving hot food 11-1 (very good) weekdays or grab n go on weekends. Cute gift shop too full of goodies.

2nd day one tiny black ant on sink surround, one on table with coffee stuff, one on bedside stand on my phone. Kept our food in microwave n fridge. Did not report until checkout as I did not want poison sprayed for us to inhale without car we spent lots of time in our room.

Location was PERFECT to visit Kirtland and other Historical Sites in the area. The room was pretty clean and comfortable, and cute to boot! Breakfast each morning was awesome, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Honestly, the only knocks I can give are that my tub didn't drain very well and the elevator was SLOW.

Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price paid. Muffins were frozen and mushy. The fruit was good as was the coffee.

I was a little concerned about the damage deposit charge to my credit card. I'm not a regular traveler, but I've never had an actual charge on the credit card that took a few days to be cancelled. I've given a card for incidentals for a hotel stay, but not an actual charge.

Close to the highway. McDonald’s right next door. The rooms were nice and beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff are what made it exceptional! So friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! Love the waffles! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Kirtland and church history sites.

Would appreciate real eggs, not egg product.

The employees made us feel very comfortable and welcome Treated us warmly and were so pleasant. The pool was great. Warm enough and well stocked with fresh towels. Breakfast was much better than most hotels. Area was super clean, well stocked and nice variety. Beds were comfortable. Ready to go back!!

I like that the bed was extremely comfortable. There were many lighting options in the room, which I always appreciate. An extra bonus was a swimming pool, the postage stamp size fitness room that met all of my needs, a hot breakfast with many options, and the staff who were very friendly and accommodating.

The jacuzzi suite did not disappoint. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was very warm. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was very cheery and business like.

The breakfast was mostly good. The sausage was very hard and over cooked, but overall good choices for food.

Even though it’s under construction, the rooms available are great and the staff is accommodating and awesome! Booking messed up and the staff made everything right. Kudos to all.

Will call directly or use comfort inn direct app/web site due to booking having issues with reservations.

Each employee that I met was more than helpful, kind, and understanding. My stay was due to a last minute emergency. I was upset and dealing with a lot but each person I came across (from the woman cleaning the rooms, the maintenance guy, and the two employees at the front desk) was extremely helpful, thoughtful and personable. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Honestly, there was nothing that I came across or dealt with that I didn’t like.
