Literally had a problem with the first room, but the front desk took care of the problem and switch the rooms, .Breakfast was pretty good considering it was free. Well not free but included. One gentleman was very nice friendly. One young lady was also nice both behind the desk breakfast staff not very friendly headphones in ears . Stayed nights, no room service at all no fresh towels no trash removal.

Property needs updating parking. Garage is very sketchy., hotel needs updating , pool area not big at all. Pool was full of bugs.

The hotel location is 15 minutes by walk from the city center, and there is parking space at the hotel. Breakfast is the same every day but good and sufficient. The room is spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel and the room were clean. I would return again.

Slightly outdated, but not a problem. The only thing is the confusing price. The total price consists of rate advertised by booking.com + additional 20% for city tax, county tax, state tax.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I found the front desk staff friendly. We were in town for the Bengals-Raiders game and ran into a number of Raiders fans staying at the same hotel. We only really used to hotel to sleep and refresh. So, I don't have many more details to add about this place or their services.

The only slightly negative thing I would say would be that the parking garage is a little cramped and dirty. We managed to get a spot on the first level, but there's not a lot of room to open your doors if you park next to someone.

The room and staff were very good we were on the 4th floor abd the ice machine didn't work but it was easy enough to go up a floor to get ice. We stayed here because our son bought my husband and I tickets to see Luke Combs at paycor stadium one hour before the concert we found out that STUBHUB SOLD OUR TICKETS OUT FROM UNDER US THEY SAID THEY HAD 100% GUARANTEE AND WOULD REPLACE OUR TICKETS WITH BETTER OR COMPORABLE TICKETS THEY GOT TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER AND THEY WERE 23 DOLLAR STANDING ROOM ONLY MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN OUR 60's I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY BACKCABD KNEES THE CONCERT DOORS OPENED AT 5 LUKE COMBS WASNT COMING ON TILL 9 WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT WE COUKD NOT STAND FOR THAT LONG AND THEY WERE NOT A PROPER REPLACEMENT, STUBHUB KEPT US ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS AND REFUSED TO LET US SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT. THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE OUR SON THE DIFFERENCE IN THE ORICE OF TICKETS YHEY WERE ALSO ADVERTISEING THAT THEY STILL HAD SEATED TICKETS AVAILABLE, WILL NEVER PURCHASE TICKETS THRU STUBHUB OR TICKETMASTER.

The Front Desk staff was RIDICULOUSLY NICE. Seriously sweet and helpful, very patient as we were checking in with a toddler. Later in the day, our key stopped working and they were already waiting with a new one, must have been paying attention to the In/Out dashboard. The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and towels. Five minutes from the Museum Center, through some charming neighborhoods makes this perfect if you need a clean, comfy place to crash after a day of adventuring.

The pool is not ADA friendly. At least one ladder should be wider, with broader steps and a higher handrail. People with mobility issues like pools, too! ;) This is easily remedied, I'd guess no one ever mentioned it before since it's an outdoor pool. Either the room has a tilt or the shower door does. It wouldn't stay closed. (My grandaughter said it was a water fairy.)

The front office gentleman was very accommodating and professional. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure we would be comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful! The woman supporting the breakfast room was also quite friendly. Thank you!

Unfortunately, this hotel is in a location with lots of interstate traffic noise, no matter where your room is. The front check -in staff allowed us to choose between two different rooms. We are light sleepers so it did affect our comfort.

It was easy to find and right on our way. Clean. Good breakfast, as hotel breakfasts go.

I didn’t realize I had booked something right downtown. We got the last parking place with about 3 inches on each side of the car. There was an upper parking level, but it seemed very isolated and didn’t feel safe. Later we realized there was actually a security guard all night in the parking lot which made me feel a lot better.

We liked the location it was convenient and our room was nice clean the breakfast was good and we definitely enjoyed it

We found the staff not overly friendly. Our card wouldn’t work and she just basically told us to go back up and try and shed watch on cameras and getting into our room was difficult at times. We were excited about swimming, but when we got there, the pool was in no shape to be swimming in.

Although the exterior and common areas are very dated, my room was clean and comfortable. FYI: Parking area is situated at the ground floor just to the side of the main front entrance. It is covered by the superstructure of the building but the sides are open to the outside. I noticed a old guy on a bench with a uniform that seemed to be a security guard keeping an eye on the parked vehicles.

Location is definitely in an unattractive area on the edge of downtown.

The man is God and he do the front desk I think it's in jail he was pretty good he fixed the TV in the room and he fixed the bathroom door not and he did a good job he placed a new TV it was nice and it's working he's needing a nice $25 raise I wish I could give him that
