Bed was comfortable, pool was nice, nice hot shower every morning. Walking distance to restaurants. Nice place to park our boat. Pet friendly. Pet treats for the dog and free cookies were nice.

Too expensive, hot tub was not available. Fresh coffee in the breakfast room instead of lobby would have been nice. Strange smell in the room.

Breakfast had a good variety. Rates about the same as most good hotels that include breakfast.

We thought being the remote location Madill is located in, that the pricing was a little on the high side.

The breakfast was adequate and restocked well. The location of the hotel was great, central to restaurants and other services.

We didn’t like the coffee from the coffee machine in the breakfast area.

Seemed like front desk needed a bit more training but otherwise fine.

I’m not a complainer unless it’s real bad and don’t give a 10 unless it’s exceptional. Property was nice, clean, breakfast offered a good variety.

the room was very quiet, roomy and very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast both mornings we were there. Everyone was very friendly

The beds were super comfortable and everything was well within reach. Very nice and clean. 

I cannot think of anything that I did not like about it. Everything was spot on. There was even free cookies when we got there! It was so very delicious and fresh. 

Friendly staff. They fulfilled our request for the location of our room. The coffee stations were well appointed and the coffee was delicious. The breakfast was also good with a adequate amount of foods and beverages to choose from.

The temperature control of the heat and air unit wasn't consistent. The room temperature would go from being too hot to being too cold..

a few other guests were a little rowdy & loud until about 1:20 AM…. not the hotel’s fault…… but I was in the verge of calling the front desk, when they finally quieted down!! I had requested to not be in a busy area, but was the first room off the elevator…

The room was very clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff was friendly.

The tv satellite did not work, even though weather was fine. Called the front desk, they told us to unplug the tv and plug it back in. If that didn't work, we could change rooms. To me it would have been too much trouble to change our room. The tv satellite provider should have been contacted to make the situation better.

absolute best staff. Shelly was very accommodating and super friendly at all times. hot breakfast served with real eggs. all facilities were clean. the equipment in the gym all worked and a good variety as well.
