Breakfast was pretty typical for this level of hotel. There was a small amount of variety. Beds were comfortable and desk staff were very helpful. Most of all, the air conditioning worked.

There was a serious issue with the toaster at breakfast. It just has problems. It isn't good at temperature regulation, so you either get burnt toast or cold toast. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is one of three carb. choices, the other two being cereal or waffles. That being said, if that is the worst problem, you have a good stay.

Breakfast decent and area always clean. The guy who works this area always on top of the refills and cleanliness. Room was on top floor like requested. Hotel was quiet. Has elevator, pool, gym, smells clean, morning shift and cleaning staff all.freindly

The afternoon check in lady I felt could of been more friendly. She was okay but I felt could be improved being at the front line of service.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Very close to Chambersburg, restaurants and major highways, but still out of town enough that you don't have the heavy traffic and noise.

The BEDS! Way too high and they "bang" because of the metal frame. My mother is 84 years old and is only 5' tall. She could barely get into bed!!!

The gentleman working the front desk was exceptional and helped me find a locksmith after midnight (I locked my keys in the car). He offered me a bottle of water while I waited and he was cheerful. I actually felt safe. The room was very clean.

The curtains didn't close all the way: they let in the attached security lighting above my window. I had also requested, through the online reservation, checkout at noon due to disabilities and medication: booking sent a message that my request was confirmed. However, I couldn't sleep due to the outside light and started packing my car prior to the 11 checkout. However, the key was deactivated prior to 11 and the front clerk neither apologized nor greeted me. She was unprofessional and disheveled. I felt unsafe with her.

Location was close to the highway. Attractive exterior, which didn't matter for sleeping, but gives a general idea of the owners concern for the property. Nice size room, well laid out, 2 queen beds, good comfort. Microwave, fridge, and complimentary coffee/tea. Nice sized closet with full mirror. Bathroom OK. This must have been an accessible room because there was a walk-in shower and no tub. Inly concern there was that the shower curtain didn't come down far enough and the bathroom floor got wet during the shower. Not that this was an issue for us, but the bathroom floor was wet and slippery as a result...which IS an issue, despite using a bathmat. Also, the shower needed cleaning/maintenance attention...mildew on the caulk. Hallways well lit and clean. In that we arrived at 11pm and left at 6am, we didn't get much of a chance to check out the rest of the facilities. Breakfast was listed in the ad as "hot", once inside the lobby, it said "continental", and the actual breakfast was "hot:, so a pleasant surprise. The breakfast itself was OK; nothing special, but good enough for the room cost. There was egg patties (some kind of egg mixture formed into English muffin sized shapes) which were not terribly tasty, sausage that was sitting in 1/2" of oil, cold cereals, instant hot cereals, yogurt, a waffle machine, fresh fruit, and bread/toast. A good unstaffed quick breakfast considering the price, but if we'd paid for this in a restaurant, it would not have been satisfactory.

The room (specifically the shower) could have had better maintenance.

Breakfast was very good. Location was nice and quiet even with being pet friendly. Very clean and nice area to walk dog.

Arrived at 8pm and all local restaurants were closing. Was directed to park to west side of building was extremely long walk to room so next morning moved to east side to load up was much much closer.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. We were leaving the next morning before breakfast so we brought our own microwavable breakfast. We realized we forgot forks. I asked at the front desk and she quickly got us what we needed.

The shower surround was dirty with black marks. I took a tissue and wiped one, it came off. There is no reason something that obvious wasn't cleaned. Everything else was fine.

Continental breakfast was the same food both days... I'm used to them having their basics and mixing up the breakfast meat & type of eggs. Whatever air freshener they use stinks too...but for the price it was nice

Nothing fancy but a nice place to stay and a perfect location near the special event we attended. With six travelers in our group, we requested / received 2 rooms near each other on the 2nd floor in a quiet area. Room was clean and everything worked well. Good breakfast. Very good staff - courteous, helpful, and accommodating. In person and during phone contact, we received excellent customer service - special thanks to Sadie!

The elevator could use some work - it was slow, a little "iffy" at times, and with no AC - stuffy.

Place has outstanding staff hands down. Very clean spacious room near the pool ground level for disabilty. I have a amputated partial foot this was a great room. Breakfast is quick and nice room lots of choices. I would def stay here again.

Parking lot is far away for people like myself. No entering from other doors. And toliet was broken since I had same room 1 days apart both tines and did a dress woth broken pieces to staff. Seat top would slide needed new plastic bolts they were broke off in seat. I brought them to staff too.
