Liberty Mountain Resort is a Hidden Gem. My wife and I have stayed in the Gettysburg area for over 20 years and decided to try someplace different, and still just a short distance from the town. We were amazed at the beautiful facilities and the well kept grounds. This was in November and we're sure everything was even more beautiful during the spring and summer, and unbelievable in the winter with a snow cover. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great., The Service at breakfast was special. The ladies that prepared the food and served the tables were awesome. They are people that I would want to hire for my business. Please treat them well. They are special and hard working ladies. We will absolutely be back another time when in the area.

We honestly cannot think of even one thing that we did not like about our stay at Liberty Mountain Resort. We'll keep thinking, but I really don't think we'll come up with anything. Sorry to disappoint you.

Clean, people were awesome.

Minor issues. - the app I made the reservation wasn’t clear on where to go to sign in. I’d never been to a resort and didn’t realize there were multiples buildings. It was confusing to me and we had to call for help. Also, I was told that the registration was made using my first name as my last name and Kathy had trouble finding our reservation. She kind of threw up her hands at first and I thought she was sending me away. She said Booking wasn’t reliable. I asked her to check with my email address or the confirmation number but she suddenly found it. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was great. The shower leaked. There was a lot of water on the floor whenever we took showers. Room 129 in Alpine.

It was local and convenient. Loved the garden tub. Very quiet, unlike busy chain hotels. Good free breakfast!

The smell of sulfur in our bathroom. As soon as we turned on the water it wreaked. Garden tub would be nice in the bathroom. Was kinda weird having it in the main area. But it was fine. Someone of course had to be smoking weed below us. So unfortunately we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere like we wanted bc he was stinking it up.

The room was tidy and comfortable. The resort has a beautiful grounds and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful! I would definitely come back, especially after the smores night! That was a great little gathering time we really enjoyed!

There was only one thing we didnt like. The indoor pool/hot tub floors definitely need to be cleaned. Nothing crazy but a good routine clean is in order. We still used them and enjoy that they are available to us but it was the only reason we didnt do 10/10.

The breakfast was good, but I expected more, such as an American or Intercontinental Breakfasts, meat and omelets stations, chocolate fountain, etc. However, the restaurants, and snacks were excellent!

I wish there were microwaves in the rooms, a safe, and easier thermostats. Other than the breakfast, I wish you had more activities for kds.

Very clean. Staff were exceptional. If I needed anything they were very willing to assist. I left my gold necklace on the sink in the bathroom and the staff called to inform me. We were already too far out of town to go back. They shipped it to me. I definitely recommend this resort.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super nice. One recommendation- your website and at check in we are told you are a cash less resort. How do you tip the restaurant waitstaff. 😊 We had a great time, the location was beautiful!

The queen suite is excellent in terms of size and layout. There is a bedroom that has a door and the bathroom door opens from the living room area. Also, there is a nice sofa bed in the living room.

Facilities are very nice.

The indoor pool was not available, the outdoor pool was not clean, the facet for the bathtub needs to be replaced.
