They try to honor requests, like downstairs room etc if they can. Room is always clean and quiet. Heater works well for this time of year. Great wifi signal, Close to shopping.

Normally I have nothing to say, this time 2 of the towels has stains right on the front, the toilet paper was still on half used, there was a giant hairball in one of the large towels. I know they are just mass washed but that could've been avoided. I also hate the shower curtain, its cuved and won't stay against the wall so water constantly get on the floor during a shower. I think the price is just slightly too much

The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, early check in was nice, nice simple breakfast (raisin bran, Cheerios, bread, juice, apples, mini muffins and cinnamon rolls).

Disappointed that the pizza restaurant next door was closed but it was the 4th of July. But we got dominoes delivered so it ended up ok. It wouldn't have been a big deal except that we were cycling from FL to MI and only had our bike for transportation to dinner. But again, it wasn't the hotel, but the restaurant nearby.

Clean rooms. Excellent wifi. The walls are thin, you can hear everything the neighbors do, even if their tv is on loud.. People were fighting but the staff corrected it and made them leave. It's a little high priced for the area, down the road is around $20-25 cheaper. I come for a night out of the house with my ps5 so the wifi is worth it once in a while. Would recommend.

How spacious the room and bathroom were and everything was clean and comfortable. It’s also close to several food options and with a refrigerator and microwave in the room it worked well.

The bedside lamp didn’t work and when we moved the nightstand to check the plug there was a cigarette butt behind it. Luckily the room didn’t smell of smoke at all.

It was pretty quiet. Nice price for the economy that we are in and nice size room we had a king size non smoking room. It had a tv dresser table & chair bed and a bathroom. Pretty standard/simple room. Great location on route 51 had plenty of stores marshalls at home decor store Home Depot kohl’s home goods dsw shoe store etc and also places to eat right down the street chick fil a sheetz red lobster Texas Roadhouse etc

Staff was friendly. This is a value location. You will not be blown away by amenities, but the value combined with friendliness, comfort, and cleanliness is well worth the trade off. We needed a nice place to stay just outside of the city and this was perfect. I would highly recommend for those who just need a place to stay in a good location. There are plenty of things to do and places to eat within a five minute drive of the location.

It is simple. Okay by me, but not for everyone.

When we arrived about 2ish pm, my room was ready and super clean. Hard wood floors, it smells really good, comfortable it had all the needs that we needed and in a really good area specially that it was our first time in Pittsburgh, PA. My family and I were really pleased with the stay and the staff was amazing. Thank you!

The door was too small for the door frame. From the door handle down there was a gap that allowed light and a draft through. The bathroom door was too big for the door frame. You couldn’t shut the door. Broken glass in parking lot and found a couple nails in parking lot too. I believe they’re doing some renovations.

Very clean and well kept.

The only issue i had was only 3 pillows on the bed and the mattress was extremely firm, I had a very hard time falling asleep and my back hurt very bad when i woke up.
