The hotel is great and the staff was very nice. The valet guys were amazing and fast, always asked if we needed help with anything. The hotel is family friendly which I loved. Very clean.

The hotel charged me for something I didnt buy at one of their restaurants (papaya). I didn't like how the valet charge was not explained. Which is 50.00 dlls a day plus tax. I also didnt like how the check in host ( Greg) didnt explained the amemities nor the whole facility. nor pool stuff, to let us know conrad hotel has its own pool just for ppl staying at the hotel and not for Evermore ppl, and he didnt let us know about the restaurants nor breakfast info. Im used to checking in hotels and the host explained everything but this timeI had to figure it out all by myself after watching a youtube review on the Hotel and its amenities.

The food and drinks were great. We loved the serenity of the lagoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the orange bunny on the balcony was cute!

Our room service wasn’t consistent. We booked 2 rooms for a girls night out. One of the rooms only received partial turn down service and no chocolate. It’s not that bad considering they opened this year.

the place is beautifully designed staff are so attentive and polite the facilities are world class it was a 10/10 experience i would definitely recommend to anyone

They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They knew it was my Mother’s birthday and the attention and care they did for her was just amazing. Very memorable will definitely go back.

Restaurant Ceiba was closed two days that we stood which gave us only one option for dinner.

Restaurants had 1.5 hour wait for dinner. Had to go to evermore for dinner. Room service was also 1.5 hours 2nd night.

The lagoon was amazing and the food was delicious. The property is beautiful!! It’s like an island getaway but you’re seriously down the street from Disney!
