Good and clean

I have chosen on booking.com parking free and this hotel had $ 19 paid parking per night, not fare realizing about when I did the check in…25% of the cost of room.

I'm glad I could eat scrambled eggs for protein every morning. Hams were very good, I wished they didn't alternate the meat with sausages every other day. Staff members were very kind, I want to give a special thanks to Renata that made me us feel very welcomed and served us very good coffee. I will never forget her kindness.

I stayed 14 to the 19 and service did not come once to ask us if we needed anything nor offer soap, toilet paper, a towel, anything. I never went into the swimming pool, I think a sun shade would be awesome.

This place is great. Perfect spot for what I needed after the hell hotel I stayed at last night. The room was so clean ( I work doing rental turnover cleanings) and was very impressed. The staff were great. Nice, friendly and happy to help me with my questions. Special thank you to the night time girl who let me vent about a issue that happened to my bf at hell hotel. He was bitten by a spider and in a lot of pain. She helped me gather a few supplies we needed. I love that they have vending machines on each floor and offer washers and dryers for guests. I liked seeing families taking advantage of the pool table and games they have in the lobby. I'm also expressed they have a little food area and have breakfast for guests.

That I didn't find this place for my last minute booking at hell hotel ( it really was that bad) yesterday and found this.

Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent (and included) daily. Shuttle to amusement parks was also included by a third party, however we couldn’t make use of them to them not being accessible for folding electric wheelchairs. THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL’S FAULT. Hotel is behind two other hotels, so some people may have trouble finding it at first. It is close to shopping and restaurants. There is even a small offering of drinks and snacks at the hotel off the lobby for purchase.

Nothing we liked everything about the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel had a great location, near different stores, outlets, and to the parks. Good breakfast. And the staff was really helpfull and nice.

The room had a particular smell when we arrived, but was otherwise clean. When we asked for room cleaning, they didnt change the sheets or at least make the bed, that was disapponting. The gym has little equipment and the pool is visible from the parking lot.

The stuff is very nice and helpful, even when we complain about the low shower pressure, they fixed it on the same day + every thing we asked for we got with a smile. The AC was very good The facilities was good, laundry, vending machines, play room, gym, computers. The hotel located in a good location, near all the theme parks around, we had to take Lyft so consider it or rent a car, but the prices are ok. In addition, the hotel provides free shuttles to theme park such as: Magic Kindom,Universal,Epcot,Sea World etc.

The beds and pillows not so comfortable, I'd rate it 7/10 The tap on the sink was very small and it was hard to wash hands. The breakfast is the same all day, it'll be nice If they will add some fresh vegetables, fresh omletes and fresh different cheese, but in the end the BF was fine and satisfies his needs.

Location is perfect for shopping (across the Vineland Premium Outlets, short walking distance to Ross, Target, Marshalls, Walgreens, Publix). It's also close to the main theme parks and a short walk to one of the pickup spots for the free bus to Busch Gardens (Tampa). The staff was great and accomodated our request for a late checkout (for a small fee). The hotel has a microwave you can use at all times, shuttle to some of the parks, and breakfast included.

The fee for receiving packages ($10 each) seems excessive (there is an Amazon locker a few minutes walking though). The breakfast place is a bit crowded but there is additional seeting in a meeting room.

Bedroom was large and bathroom was huge. Location is great for Seaworld and Disney a little hard to find as tucked behind another hotel, but you can walk to restaurants and publix which is great. Room was nice and quite great soundproofing which isn't always the way. Was surprised at how good the breakfast selection was each day.

There was no clothes hanging space in the room or drawers for our clothes so had to keep everything in the suitcase. Only one chair in the room would have liked 2 so we could eat at the work table instead of one person sitting on a bed to eat. Garbage not cleaned away each day. Coffee and Tea should be in a different location can be a wait while people line up for food.

All of the staff was really friendly and helpful, specially the hotel manager Hilda, she helped me to fix some issues about the reservation and thanks to her I was able to solve it. The location is great, you have stores and restaurants at walking distance and was very easy to get in and out of the place.

The only change I'd do to the hotel is to have some spaces to leave our stuff in the room, specially clothes. They only have a night stand wich is kind of limited space.

It's close to all the factory outlets and theme parks. It's in the centre of everything. 15-20 mins away from the parks and all the shopping areas. Lots of restaurants and fun activities to do. Free parking which was a plus. Ensure you rent your own vehicle to give you the freedom to explore where you want as opposed to taxis. Only thing was the breakfast was prettt basic and could be improved. Overall great experience and will stay here again.
