Didn’t eat breakfast. Location was great. Was fairly clean, someone had been swimming and wore socks and went through lobby and hallway leaving water that could of caused an accident.

Checkin people. The night shift lady was never at the desk. Don’t know what kept preoccuping her in the back of office but after waiting for a period of time she’d appear. Morning guy was friendly and always at desk. One thing I think might benefit your clients that are their for military graduation week or day of graduation would to allow them an extra half hour for checkout on that day. We managed to be out by 11 but not all can. When we asked the night before if we could possibly get a late checkout she said no. She wasn’t very friendly.

According to the review I saw, I was kind of scared about the cleanliness of the room and the bed, but the cleanliness was excellent; I found the review was wrong. Keep up the good work.

The bathroom, the room, and the bed were absolutely clean when my wife and I got there. In our experience, we found everything was clean and nice. Good job, guys.

It was nice except we was next to the dining room so it was a bit noisy early in the morning

The floors were not clean and the bed had unclean sheets It is what we call pop where they fix the bed that has been slightly used , I've been a housekeeper for 25 years so I know the difference, that's why we bring my own sheets and clean the floors. But the staff is awesome, like I said The only problem was sheets and floors. Will be back.

Absolutely everything about the hotel was wonderful. I've stated a few in Buford while visiting family and this is by far the best. Between the very welcoming staff to the very clean rooms and amazing breakfast in the morning I would give this a very high rating. They were very understanding and accommodating when it came to my son and making sure that everything was perfect. We will absolutely be using this hotel every time we come down now.

The breakfast was delicious and area was very clean. My daughter in law accidentally left a sentimental pillow behind. We noticed it when we got home. Called them and they had found it wrapped up and kept it until it was claimed. Saved the day actually!

The carpet in the room was a little nasty. Maybe a little floor updating would be good

Breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles and gravy. Good coffee, plus several other beverages. Location was close to several stores and restaurants. Room had 2 double or queen beds and a couch that let out to a double or queen bed.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t to great but overall did not spoil the place to much for my family a great place to stay!

clean rooms, good breakfast perfect location for our purposes the staff goes out of there way to make sure groups are accommodated with rooms next to each other and quick checkin. since most of the hotel was booked with families attending Parris Island graduation ceremonies with really early timelines to get on base they started breakfast early so everyone could eat before leaving. they were also flexible on checkin and out times to accommodate this as well.

I have no dislikes. I noticed that if there were any problems from other guests the staff quickly resolved.

The hotel was quiet. The room was a good sized room

The carpet in the room where I stay was dirty, needed cleaning. There was no luggage rack , luggage had to be on the floor or the sofa which in the room.

It was near everything on Boundary street. Everything! You don’t have to travel far for anything you need. They also had a professional Industrial grade waffle maker for breakfast. Was freaking awesome!
