The staff staff went the extra mile. Observed someone wiping doorknobs in public areas and checking the outdoor lighting. Even my hairdryer was really clean. We were greeted every time we came and went and surveyed if everything was OK with our room.

Some food items were too cold to enjoy. I'm not sure if the warmer was working correctly. No microwave is available in the breakfast area to warm it up.

Front desk staff were wonderful, especially "Honeybun!" I don't know her name but she will know who she is.

I felt the advertisement or description in booking.com was very misleading. It advertised the hotel was in the heart of downtown historic Bluffton when in reality it was in a shopping center. Absolutely nothing historic there. The accommodations were fine but had I known the location I would have booked elsewhere.

The staff was excellent. Especially the front desk manager. She could not find my reservation and I was panicking. She was calm and said she will find it. After about 10 minutes she discovered that booking.com had sent the reservation as Wolfe Barbara instead of Barbara Wolfe.

the front desk Rockeyesa Bowman Front office Manager could not find Bookings reservation. So she gave me a room that I payed for with American Express. But Booking had already charged me on my Discover Card. When i called the number for Booking I was told by Victoria that it was never completed. I have an on going dispute With Booking to refund my charge on Discover.

Booking that picked up an email I never use. Because it (email) is tied to my home Computer. But I made the reservation thru my Ipad. Which only has my Yahoo acount. Dont understand how Booking could even pick that up. But the front desk at the hotel didnt have any reservation under my name . So even the email would have had my name. Please get Booking to refund my Discover account.

AWESOME breakfast. Day manager escorted us to handicapped room and placed a toilet top extension on toilet for my wife. 24 hour hot chocolate in lobby and dog biscuits. Left wake up call and expressed concern because I have had issues not receiving other places in past. Received phone call PLUS someone knocked on the door as a backup. Very nice

Clean facilities, accommodating and kind staff. Location is great near eateries and shopping and not too much of a drive from the beach in Hilton head.

The pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable. It would be better to sleep on the actual chair than the pull out. Also they don’t monitor the cookies given out to noon wherever ever available during our stay.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast options provided with stay, comfy bed, easy access to HHH.

Property can't do much about this, but guests should consider asking for a room not near the dumpsters outside. Trash pickup was at 4 AM and it was a loud, lengthy, booming process.

I opted to not rent a car this trip and the location of the hotel was perfect for being carless! Grocery store, Target, multiple restaurants, gift shop - all within a block and without crossing a busy street. The staff was friendly and accommading.

Ugh. Prices for lodging in this area have skyrocketed. This property wasn't out of line for the area, but over $700 for four nights at an Express was surprising. So.. not a complaint to this property, but bemoaning the market.

Well maintained

The bathroom door to our room, 414, got stuck and was hard to close and open. Our grandson, not wanting to wake anyone else up, was stuck in the bathroom for several minutes until he finally push the door hard enough for it to open. He did wake us up!!

The staff is absolutely lovely The rooms are great too
