Everything inside the room was great. All of the Hilton Hotels items, like the towels and soap, shampoo, cream rinse were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable!! The staff in the Blue restaurant were amazing. My husband cannot eat solid food so we asked if the Chef had a blender to use that would puree soup and she did! It was such a nice thing to do, out of the ordinary! Mary was our dinner waitress. We really appreciated that. The waitress even went to get me ice cream from the area that you sell it!! Our Breakfast waitress was so nice!! she took very good care of us!!! Thank you. Her name was Katie. She was exceptional with all of the customers around us too! she was by herself for a long time. We would like for them to know how much we appreciated them!!

I know that you couldn't fix this, but we did not know that we were under the flight path for the airport! We were worried that it was going to cause us sleeping issue but it stopped in time to sleep very well. There was not anything on the phone in the room to call the front desk.. We had to go online and call that way. There was nothing even on the brochure about where our room was, about calling the front desk. The only other issue was that my husband wasn't told that after a certain time of day, that you have to swipe the door card to have the elevator come down.

It’s beautiful and perfect On the beach ocean view with balcony is perfect I took two dogs. The play area for the dogs is fenced in. Dogs could be on the beach and the restaurant on the pier let my dogs sit outside with me. Dogs can’t go on pier. It’s too dangerous. Lotta fishing with hooks everywhere! Not safe for them. I hung out on the pier with the fisherman and woman. Saw fish and sharks. Melvin the pier ambassador is amazing! Taught me how to fish. Told great stories. Cleaned fish for people. Hotel guests get to be on pier for free. Everyone else 3.00. It’s nice that way so it’s more private. Loved the parking garage. Feels safe. Hotel is renovated and new. Still doing construction. Adult pool open May 17. Looks gorgeous tho.

There was nothing I didn’t like! The property was kept clean at all times. Tom from maintenance was so helpful. Changed bags and put poop bags in dog pen. Grass was cut short so easy to clean. Noah at the service desk was so welcoming. Everyone was at the registration office. Two girls with long hair one brunette and one blonde. Exceptional service. Gave me water for me and my dogs for the trip.

I love the Doubletree hotel and my room - oceanfront. Just beautiful. I also love the layout of the room. The balcony is beautiful and spacious. I have been very pleased with the accommodations.

I wish the hotel had a shuttle for trips to the boardwalk and common market. I came without a car so I have had to use Uber to get around. A shuttle would be a great perk for this hotel.

This location is great for me and my fur babies! The staff are always friendly. The dogs have their own designated potty area. The restaurant is good as well. Has beach access. Room was a good size.

The room needed some repairs to the drywall and bathroom tiles. The room could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floors and the bathroom needs a good scrub. Needs a sign in the room with a map for the ice machine. I was informed of a remodel happening this winter, so hopefully they get the upgrades they need.

Room and beds were great. View was awesome. Breakfast was excellent and so were the amenities, pier, lazy river, pools

Over billed by almost $500 for a two night stay and still trying to resolve. Didn't receive an email of the charges for our stay.

I specifically book with this hotel rather than a cheaper one, due to it being advertised as being breakfast included. Unfortunately the next morning when we attempted to go to the breakfast we were told it was actually not free and not included. So a bit disappointing in that regard.

I always love oceanfront properties but this resort tops it! Upon arrival I was greeted and promptly directed to check in. Checking in was a breeze! I was able to get a room on a higher floor upon request. A lot of things to do surrounding the hotel. It is right by the airport so if that sound of planes landing/taking off bothers you then I wouldn’t recommend. But other than that, I will plan to stay again.

I had to change my initial room due to a bug problem but when I called the front desk about it, there was no issue in changing rooms. The carpet did have stains on it and it is a little dated but hopefully with the renovations coming in the fall, this would be taken care of.

We did not meet one member of staff who wasn't friendly, polite and accommodating and all went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. Most importantly, they seemed so sincere! The on-site restaurant was a nice surprise as the food was so delicious! We spent a significant amount of money at the on-site restaurant and pool bar, as the atmosphere was so nice and tropical. "Denise", who welcomed us upon check-in, set the stage for a wonderful time. We really had no idea what to expect, however, our expectations were more than exceeded! Oh, forgot to mention the nice clean room and view which overlooked the ocean and the lazy river pool. The number of pools were very nice. Although none of them were ever uncomfortably crowded, it was nice to have a choice of several after a long day on the beach. And, for those who bring their pups (like us), there is a lot of green space for them to enjoy a walk with a nice ocean breeze, as well as a small dog park on site for taking care of business!

I hate to even mention that there is an airport that is close by and that the planes fly low, as so much is wonderful about the property, however, it is relevant as there are flyovers which are a bit noisy. However, the location on a very pleasant and safe street definitely offsets this fact.

Oceanfront ,petfriendly, family resort. The location was great,view from our room was wonderful, my son loved the pools and Lazyriver.We loved how close it is to the pier and the free walking pass for it .The on site restaurant was really good and the prices wasn't that bad .

Only issue we had was with towels, we gave the cleaning lady 4 towels and she said she could only give us 2 back. We had 4 in our room .Eric said he would send us 2 more up but by the time I seen the text and replied yes thank you and the cleaning lady changed out 2 for me ,Jessica said thank you .We never got our towels. We had to find the cleaning lady everytime we all took a bath ,she was really nice every time we needed something .The bathroom was really small,in this room.

Loved everything about my stay! My 3 yr old son loved the food at the restaurant and I enjoyed the bar! It was classy and my mother enjoyed her stay as well. We will stay again very soon!! We didn't try to leave because the resort was perfect for our stay this time!! It was clean and that is what I really like. I will definitely stay again!

Parking! We were lucky enough to have a perfect parking spot right outside our building but we didn't want to leave and lose it because parking was nuts. Had we not gotten there when we did we would've had to park across the street and for 3 women's luggage and a 3yr olds that would've been very irritating.
