Fabulous location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, restaurant made special accomodations for my late arrival, and stayed open so I could have a bite after a very long day traveling. Beds and pillows super comfy, extra big room, huge tv with lots of selection, even though I didn't have time to watch it. Special mention for John, who made my stay more memorable by adding a personal touch to my stay, trying to facilitate an easier arrival experience from the airport to the hotel. Thanks John 😁 (Also a special thank you to the restaurant staff for staying open later than normal)

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We had 36 hours in Dallas and chose to stay out near the airport for convenience. The shuttle service was efficient, staff were great (shout out to the shuttle driver and front desk who helped us deal with a lost surfboard). The room was great with a very comfortable bed and it had recently been refurbished. The indoor pool was well-heated and we also ate at the restaurant on-site which was good also. There were also plenty of other food options within walking distance and we used uber to get into Dallas to have a look around. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was a very standard buffet - it wasn't bad but wasn't great either. The hotel has gone through a refurbishment and it looks like the outdoor area was roofed in to make the lobby and indoor pool area. This makes for an interesting / unusual ambiance.

It’s beautiful! The lobby is decorated so nicely as well as the breakfast area. Rarely do you see a hotel with a fast food restaurant inside. I enjoyed just looking at the interior, it’s a very beautiful hotel. Everytime I would leave, staff were cleaning all around the hotel. It was kept very nice for the most part.

All of the lawn chair cushions for the outside pool had mold on them. We could only swim, not sit because there was so much black mold on the chairs. The indoor pool, the floor was very dirty surrounding the pool. I thought it was maybe old concrete but my foot was able to move the dirt around. The hot tub didn’t have bubbles and couldn’t find a button for it. There was a lot of broken concrete dust on bottom of hot tub that was indoor. The breakfast was good but they don’t leave out bacon and sausage. They come around with a plate and you can only pick one sausage patty or bacon. I’ve never seen that before.

The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a good value in the DFW area. We were at first assigned a very noisy room at the end of the 3rd floor hall where there was construction of some sort occurring. I asked for us to be moved and at first the front desk staff resisted but when I persisted and addressed the staff in person, they moved us to a different, quieter room.

The cleaning service was sketchy, missing our room one of the four nights we were there and forgetting to leave items such as clean cups when they did clean the room. This hotel seems to be designed for weddings and other events and as such was extremely crowded over the weekend so we assume the staff was really busy cleaning the many, many rooms that had been vacated Sunday morning. Perhaps management should hire more custodial staff. The young woman at the front desk was very kind. Her partner at the front desk not so much.

I was a little nervous to book here because I read a lot of mix reviews, but I’m so happy I did! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights when we were in town for the Cowboys/Eagles game. The location was perfect as it’s a short Uber to the AT&T Stadium, right between Dallas and Fort Worth and a quick ride to the airport. We really appreciated the free shuttle service to/from the airport. We waited for 30 minutes to get picked up when we landed but got taken right away for our departure. The pools were nice and clean although the hot tub wasn’t all that hot. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The room had clearly been recently updated and had a microwave and fridge which is always nice. Overall, great stay!

Check in line was a bit long. There was only 1 person at the desk checking people in during the main check in hour.

Well, first let me give much thanks to the Wyndham staff for the beautiful hospitality that they gave my husband and I over the weekend. From the Danny's style breakfast, the 24hr chicken spot inside the hotel which has some great chicken and some awesome loaded fires, and the beautiful restaurant lounge, that's absolutely Gorgeous. From the time that I booked the hotel, the staff hasn't been nothing but respectful and friendly. Mr. John Hammond who is management, did nothing but ensure we had everything we needed and this is the kind of place you would take your family.

There's nothing I can say I didn't like.

This place is great and a great value as well! We stayed because it was convenient to DFW and my in-laws. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has a great retro vibe but everything is clean and new. Rooms are modern clean and comfortable. Great food options including a 24 hr. Joint in the lobby. Staff was super friendly. We found our new Irving digs. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area and stay here. #noregrets

No complaints at all. Loved this place and with the great value and convenient location, we’ll be back.

From start to finish, John and his team could not have done a single thing more to make me feel welcomed, as if family or good friends. From my first visit a couple years ago to now, I wouldn't book a room anywhere else. Total VIP treatment in this newly renovated hotel. Always bright and clean, exceptional dining room / Bar area and great food! Can't beat the level of personal service I received from the owner, John and his staff....its the reason I keep coming back!! This hotel invented the word "hospitality". Look no further, this hotel has it down to a science!!

I could have stayed longer, but unable to this time

As with my previous stay, I was made to feel like a VIP in every way possible. From the shuttle to the front desk, right into the restaurant. Hospitality like this is something quite rare these days, they should hold training courses for other hotels and show them how it's done! Not only did I receive the full VIP treatment, but was greeted by the owner like an old friend or family member, with a hearty handshake, warm smile and honest concern when asking how my trip went! Very welcoming after a very long day traveling, felt right at home. From the ambience of the lobby to the superior comfort of the room and bed, tastiness of the food served and dining room setup.....A1. If I could give more stars, I would. Again, special thanks to John for welcoming me personally, you make me feel like family. So sorry I missed saying farewell, however, I think you already know you have a new friend and client for every visit to Irving Texas! Please let the front desk and restaurant staff know how pleased I was with everything and everyone!! Until we meet again

Nothing. Everything spot on perfect

The rooms seem new, beautiful, clean and very classy. The mattress is comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic! The pool was great fun! The AC is awesome! The laundry facilities were great. It’s all really nice. The Aspen Tree grill next door was very convenient and with excellent food. The front desk was very helpful on all counts . All at a great price!

It’s weird how the lobby is so huge and lined with balconies that look like outdoor balconies but on the inside. The Outside pool looked strangely murky. The inside pool was nice.
