Front desk person named Alian was very welcoming and friendly. He made sure we had what we needed and did everything he could to accommodate our stay. The room as well as common areas were clean and comfortable, air conditioner worked very well, and the fridge was actually cold. Rooms have been updated recently, the vinyl flooring is a nice change from carpets in most hotels.

The door deadbolt lock was not able to actually lock, it was hitting the strike plate and would not function properly which is unacceptable at a hotel. No USB plugs anywhere in the room. It seems when rooms are updated everything except electrical was updated as they are still old outlets and nothing has USB ports. The cable tv connection in the room was constantly going in and out and had to move the cables into a very precise position to get it to stay clear picture.

Breakfast was good; staff very accommodating. Tile in bathroom, when wet, is very dangerous!! Room 130 has a few tiles that are coming loose. Potential liability issue if someone slips when getting out of the tub. Wet tile is like ice!!!

Good bed and tv. Rooms are very nice. We had stayed at the former Microtel several times, which was okay, but the Quality Inn is a very good upgrade. Yet, I cannot emphasize enough that the bathroom tiles need to have a surface coat of something that will give one more traction when the floor is wet!!

The front desk staff were amazing- friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. The gentleman's name was Alain, I think? It was very clean, better than expected. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I typically don't use a pillow at home because of my neck problems, but the one I used there was very comfortable, with no pain when I woke up!

One minor thing- Could have used a light on the stand between the beds.

Comfortable bed, clean, quiet. Breakfast was good.

Key card issues were annoying, but the staff was polite and efficient to replace them. My card stopped working again, an hour before check out time, while I was making multiple trips to my vehicle. A few places of grout in the shower could use a bit of cleaning.

Rooms are updated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff kept it well stocked. All staff were helpful and friendly with amazing customer service. Rooms are simple, no frills but have everything you need. Plenty of parking. Quick 10-15 minute drive to W & J college. SO inexpensive and will be staying here again!

Maybe some pretty or artistic artwork in the rooms?

Once I arrived, some of the men were more understanding than the women.

I was told by 1 lady that if I didn't show up at a certain time, even though there were extenuating circumstances, I'd lose my reservation even though it was confirmed & paid for.

The hotel is in renovation, so it may get busy in the hallways. But, in my opinion, upgrades are good! We were there 3 nights and had a nice stay. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing!

There was really nothing I could say that we did not like.

Newly remodeled, everything was in great condition. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff were very responsive and helpful. It was very convenient to restaurants and the freeway.

New back lighting makes the room a little dark. No bedside lights.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He was also the person who checked me out. Very lovely interaction both timed.

There was a light switch I couldn't figure out what it did.

Alain is the best employee I ever met! So very hard working and so courteous. He always remembers us and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect! He is an excellent asset to your hotel!
