They said the breakfast was until 930 but at 8:30 many of the items were gone. When we asked about the biscuits for the gravy, she said there was just no more. Other than that the breakfast was very nice.

We felt that the The beds were not as comfortable as many of the hotels we have stayed at. Come to Houston once a month and have been looking for a location.

The staff was very accommodating. The television and phone in our room didn't work and they were unable to resolve the problem. However, they quickly moved us to another room with the same amenities nearby.

Although the breakfast was very good, it would have been nice to have a few more options.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean and well maintained. The breakfast was convenient and good.

Towel service. We had to ask for clean towels, but the hotel was short staff so we understood the situation.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful, kind, and efficient. They went above and beyond with their service to me. I was using a cane and needed extra help.

This is one of the cleanest hotels in which we've had the pleasure of staying. My husband and I came with our 3 kids and the queen deluxe room was the perfect fit for our family - comfortable, roomy, and so clean you could smell the cleaners used. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping, all doors required key access so we felt extra safe, and the front desk staff was wonderful - providing extra towels so we could swim, a luggage cart when they could see we had our hands full and just, overall, super friendly and helpful (there were notices about being short-staffed, but we never would have guessed bc they were so nice). Thanks for a great stay - we'll be looking for Holiday Inn Express stays for future travel plans!
