Location to Airport

We had to leave on the 6:00 AM shuttle so we could not take advantage of the Breakfast offering. When we checked in we were told to ask for a Bag Breakfast to Go but when we asked for this the Clerk that checked us in said that it would not be possible. A friend who had checked in before us was able to arrange for a Bag Breakfast for the morning of our departure and received it.

This hotel is conveniently located close to PTY airport so it makes a good place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The shuttle leaves every hour on the hour starting at 3am.

The pool area is lovely. Food at restaurant uneven. Some dishes very good others quite mediocre. Rooms are very nice. It’s worth the extra money to pay for rooms with a view of the pool and garden.

Seating around pool area is very uncomfortable. The shuttle bus doesn’t run often enough. Once an hour is really inconvenient; once every half hour would be better. The service at the restaurant was really slow. Rooms that don’t face the pool have views that are dismal (highway or neglected lot next door). The whole place has a feel of faded and neglected elegance.

Proximity to the airport was perfect. Shuttle ran on time and the driver was fabulous. Front desk agents were extremely helpful. I traveled with 2 dogs and everyone was so great about them being at the property. Shower temperature and pressure was amazing! Seems silly but after weeks of travel, it was a highlight. Highly recommend staying at Riande.

There was some construction work starting st 730am not far from our room. Glad we were already awake but the noise wasn't expected that early. Coffee with breakfast tasted like it had been sitting for hours, so we bought cappuccinos. They weren't great and were $4ea

Room 274 would not be our preference. A long walk far from any staircase, no elevator, hallways and room VERY hot when we arrived 6 PM after 21 hours of travel. We cranked up the AC And immediately want to take a dip in the pool, and fortunately The room had called my sleep by the time we got back. The shuttle service was excellent both to and from the airport, at the current time it runs once an hour all night and day. We have been to the Riande many times over the last 10 years And will return again when ever we are traveling through Panama City

274 was too far from the front desk with only one stairway access, not safe if there has been an emergency. Would prefer the first floor after a long day of traveling.

The proximity to the airport, the room was clean, and the pool area was nice and beautiful. The gym is basic but one can do a quick training. People were nice and helpful.

They should organize the service of the Airport pick-up in a better way. I saw the bus leaving when I was crossing the exit doors to the airport. And then I had to wait more than 30 min until I decided to take an Uber. The Hotel does a pick-up every hour, I think they should go every 30 min when they know there will be a lot of customers arriving. If it is a service you are providing then specify the hours you'll be there, and wait a few minutes at the exit for people to have the chance to arrive. I think there are better ways to do it. 1 hour is too long.

Great facilities, including: big pool, ping pong table, 2 trampolines, playground for kids, and also paintball which we didn't use. The room. Was big and clean. Location is great if you have to catch a flight, but far from city center. Restaurant has really good food, but not a big variaty. They have cats 🙂

Shower was flooding the bathroom floor. Beds very very small - will not fit for 4 adults, but we're OK for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Breakfast was quite dull. Their check in policy which didn't allow us to check in before 15:00 (although they did let us in at 14:00 after we asked a couple of times). There are no decent food options in the area, except for the hotel restaurant.

This hotel is a beautiful tropical Oasis in the city. Love the pool, comfy beds, gardens with orchids everywhere, fast wifi in the lobby for working, and very accommodating staff. You almost forget that where you are. On my dozens of trips to Panamá, I've never had a need to stay near the airport until this visit. Now that I know about Riande Aeropuerto, I'll definitely be finding more excuses to drop in for a night or two. So relaxing!

Nothing to be honest, and I'm very picky!

It is super near to the airport, and they have a free shuttle service to it. The staff was extra friendly. They do offer breakfast, but I arrived late at night and checked out early in the morning, so I didn't get to taste it. The restaurant place looked nice!

The light coming from the phone in the room was too bright. I'm very sensitive to light, so it was a bit uncomfortable for me; if there would be a visible place where one can find comprehensive instructions to turn it off, it would be amazing.

shuttle arrived at airport quite quickly, but no early check in. The hotel is great for a short stay close to Panama airport. food was adequate but not a big choice, prices were very reasonable. Gardens and pool area were lovely and well looked after with plenty of seats and shade. all in all exactly what we were looking for a one night stay close to the airport. the staff were very good as well.
