The SPA was scheduled through link that was send through booking, and when we arrived it turned out that we also needed to confirm it via phone or in person, they extra charge for SPA, it's only 45 minutes, very small and almost never available. I would consider this hotel as not having a SPA. Extra-charge for water at dinner. Fixed menu at the dinner with no choice . For people who prefer vegetarian or fish I would recommend not to order half board in advance, but rather choose dishes from the menu for extra price, The food was superb though. Huge kudos to the chef.

Good breakfast and comfortable room.

The restaurant was full on the third night we were there. We were given no warning and had to go elsewhere. this was disappointing as wehad eaten there the previous two nights. And we had an unfinished bottle of wine which was wasted.

The room was a good size, well designed and decorated. The breakfast provided a reasonable range selection of different foods to suit all requirements

We only wanted to briefly use the spa area but it would have been €20 per person per visit, whether a guest of the hotel or not. Disappointing, so didn't try.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. We also really enjoy the spa.

Restaurant menu was quite limited and very expensive.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, nice availability of amenities and good coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was superb! Great with having free chargers for electric cars on the hotel parking.

The room was very warm at night and no airco, but we left our terrace door open which helped a bit. It should be more strict from the hotel that people move their car from the charger when fully charged. Paying 10 eur for parking also seems a little too much when there is not much around except more hotels and a couple of restaurants. The restaurant for dinner was also mediocre.

Comfy room (rather small) and a great shower. The stuff is friendly. The breakfest was nice but almost without vegtables.

Although I had reservations for the spa before hand, it wan't reserved for us and we couldn't use it unless giving up on skiing..., this was very disappointing. Also, you have to buy some strange french tights swimsuit in order to use hotel or any spa in the village - "that is the law" as we were told, it is extremly strange but probably not hotel's fault.

Proximity to Pontillas Ski Lift Next to the charming old village and the breakfast and dinner (half board) was excellent.
