Check-in was super quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We even got an early check-in without any issues. Very helpful and kind staff, especially Pablo! Very clean room, cleaned daily. Perfect location right at Plaza España and Gran Vía. Shops, bars, clubs and restaurants all super close. Had a gym, pool and spa, even though we didn’t use them. Price was great (probably because it was off-season). Worth it.

We could hear some police/ambulance sirens from outside. It wasn’t terrible, but if you’re sensitive to noise, it’s something to keep in mind.

Room, location and feel of luxury.

The only issue we found during our stay is that early in the morning we heard all the noise from the cleaning crew, I know they have to do their job but it was loud noise and woke up us !

When you’re around the pool area you have to go in to the restaurant to order drinks, it would be nice if they had pool staff

The room was large and luxurious. The breakfast was impressive. The location was centrally located.

For the price it was missing that super lux feeling. It was luxurious, but it didn't make you feel exclusive. And at that price it should have.

The staff: going beyond our expectations in whatever they were required (in reception and breakfast). Our special regards to Gorka. The room: everything was made for our comfort and relax. Remarkable are the lighting options

No toilet brush: lack of toilet brush is unpleasant for us and much more for cleaners. This is something that can be easily avoided. The access cards: safety matters made that we needed to contact reception several times to access the parking and restaurant on the top floor (that has external access). Staff was wonderful with this bothering issues

Is close to central and next to Riu hotel Same time close to metro . Also only 15 min away from airport And gou have taxi everywhere every second ( not expensive) depending on location but max is €35 . Lovely staff and rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing . We really enjoyed the trip and recommend

The swimming pool is only open at summer times but is ok

Great hotel in a great location. In addition to the generally great service you would expect in a 5* hotel what impressed me the most was the note we got with our loundry, where the staff detailed what exactly they mended in each item of clothing as part of the laundry service - a very nice gesture with a very nice personal touch. PS. Not to mention the roof top swimming pool with the glass floor ;-)

We liked everything; gun to head, perhaps some roof top bar staff were a little elusive / unavailable, which might come across as not very attentive or even rude. On the other hand, the roof top pool lifeguard was amazing; doing some of the job of the bar staff as far as I could tell (eg. serving drinks).

When you step outside the hotel, you’ll find a lively shopping street to your right and a flower-filled garden with upscale cafés to your left. 2. The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.

When we checked out of the hotel, they added breakfast charges for all six of us, even though only four people actually had breakfast. When we asked for clarification, they explained that they treated our reservation as a package. However, the invoice clearly showed a per-person charge. After discussing the matter with them, they eventually removed the charges for the two people who did not have breakfast.

Location excellent. Spacious room, nice view. Fresh breakfast. We got a room.on the 8th floor. Shortly a constant music started and lasts hours. I decided to check on the reception. They react immediately and advise that our room neighbors are very loud. So hotel proposed us another room on the 10th floor. Much appreciated.

Its first hotel i am staying and payment is requested on the second day ( from 5 days stay). Not on check out. I red carefully on hotels web site the general conditions, but nothing mentioned about payment. They found me unreliable or country i am from? I dont know. Also the blocking amount, on top of total stay value is quite high. 100 euro per night. Yes, they will return the amount, but anyway its very high. Also after cleaning the room, some of the dust on the floor, continue to stay where it was.
