location was ideal, walking distance from the beach. Staff were incredible, particularly the animation team who made our little girl feel so welcome and included.

The area which people chose to smoke was located right next to the childrens pool. Having a 4 year old and being pregnant myself I thought it would have been nice if the childrens pool area was a smoke free zone.

Perfect central location, close to shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. Also, right beside the bus stop The breakfast and dinner were first class, and there was something for everyone to eat, especially the 2 fussy teenagers. Any members of staff that we dealt with, from the reception to cleaning staff to the restaurant staff, were friendly extremely hard wotking and went above and beyond for everyone We were delighted to find in the bathroom a hairdryer. Shampoo. Conditioner, body wash and the toothbrushes/toothbrush and comb. They were a lovely touch. We had requested two rooms beside each other which the hotel accommodated and also an extra bed for an extra person for 3 nights the hotel staff were excellent and had the bed In the room before the extra person arrived early in the morning. All in all we had a great holiday and didn't want to come home.

The rooms were slightly dated, and there was not enough plugs to charge our phones. But that wouldn't put us off staying again or recommending it to friends and family.

I loved everything single thing about this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful.We went half board for a family of 5 with breakfast and dinner .The food was a buffet style excellent quality ,great variety, clean and well managed and you could go up as many times as you want.across the road at the lazy wave bar the bus goes to portaventura and other spots every half hour or so.The cleaning staff were around every morning with clean towels and to see if you want your room cleaned.spotless clean hotel.Entertainment during the day for the children. Music and entertainment and games in the pool.Evening entertainment outside every night for adults with indoor and outdoor 🍸 bar .Just everything was fabulous I loved it.Couldn't recommend it enough

Excellent location with lots going on in the area and a few minutes walk to the beach, lots of regular buses available. Great hotel, loved my room, it was cosy with lamps and the curtains blocked out most of the sunlight, decent balcony size too and was sheltered when it rained. The food was very good with a different choice every night, plates and cutlery were always spotless. Good evening entertainment, especially the Mexican show. Pool area very nice. 12pm check out was a bonus.

Shower water occasionally went hot and cold, couldn’t get air con to work however not too fussed as went in May, otherwise would have spoken to a member of staff to help out if I was uncomfortably hot. Would have liked evening meal to start slightly earlier. Also you can’t buy a glass of wine with the evening meal, only a full bottle which was too much. Would be good for entertainment to start slightly earlier too.

We arrived for 2 nights on the way home from a cruise holiday and to be close to Reus. We happened to be there during the Spain/Portugal power outages that impacted the whole country. To say the hotel was impressive is an understatement. Activities continued around the pool. A generator kept power to the common areas (except bedroom itself). Food was available when so many others were out of power. While it's normally a review about the usual stuff I must say the staff were amazing in a difficult situation and I was so impressed. Outside of that the rooms were clean, amenities were good and activities were great fun. The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the location was so close to everything. I would definitely make this a location for a future longer holiday.

The room was spacious and the hotel was clean. My double bed was huge! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was huge with a large variety of options. I would recommend getting down to breakfast on the earlier side to beat the line.

I had a hard time regulating the temperature in my room. It was very humid in Salou during the days I was there and I was cold in the room and could not get the heat to work correctly. My view from the balcony was also not ideal as it faced the backside of the hotel, but it was still a nice and spacious balcony.

Beautiful hotel, large swimming pool, the animators are very cool! The guys at the bar are very attentive and positive, and at the reception desk they are also attentive. Basically, I liked everything about the hotel, it’s very good that all rooms have balconies, cleaning every day.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room itself was small, which was unusual for us, and the women in the dining room were often nervous, my daughter tried to avoid them. I would really like to see a new service introduced: the ability to choose between breakfast and lunch, and not just between lunch and dinner. For many people this is very important.

The location was perfect! All staff was really nice and always helpful, front of house, housekeeping, restaurant staff, etc, I have to say it was the nicest experience regarding staff that I've ever had. There's a good variety of food on the buffet, especially the breakfast, amazing. Definitely recommend.

The only thing we didn't like was having to pay for every drink. Don't mind the alcoholic. But any soft drink or water at the restaurant or at the bar, even though they have a full board basis option. But beside that, everything was perfect.

My friend and I stayed at the Salou Princess for three nights and couldn't fault it. The staff were very pleasant and the food (breakfast and dinner) was really great, with options for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect, we walked to and from PortAventura theme park (approx 20 min walk) but there is also a bus right across the road which will bring you there. The bus stop also caters to/from Reus airport so it couldn't be easier! The beach and main Salou strip is only about a 5 min walk to the Princess. All in all, I will definitely be returning.

The breakfast was great, there was a huge choice available, hot and cold choices, continental and traditional full breakfast. The pool area was beautiful and clean, in fact the whole hotel was very clean and modern. The concierge desk staff were always super attentive, we had an awful start to our holiday in Salou at a different property but when we arrived Shaun in particular was amazing and so helpful and understanding, he really went above and beyond. Free water from cold dispenser machines was great, we had taken our water bottles with us, so we were able to fill them whenever we wanted (but for 4 euros you can buy a bottle from the hotel). There was no shortage of sunbeds, plenty to go around. The animation lady was always upbeat and friendly, involving the children and adults to keep everyone entertained. Also in the rooms are really well equipped with toiletries and towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes and hairdryer.

I personally would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room, or at the very least a kettle and cups. We upgraded to full board on the basis of the breakfast, however found that the food for lunch and dinner weren't fully to our taste and many of the hot choices just weren't hot enough. The pool was cold but it WAS April so probably not really an issue in summer.
