Amazing food Beautiful views Spacious gorgeous apartments Staff are super friendly in the entire resort

Shame there’s no mini mart to buy anything to put in fridge. It’s quite far out and hard to get taxis as they can’t get pre-booked in Ibiza unless going to airport. It would be good if the hotel tried to find a transfer or shuttle solution. The private transfer they offered was insanely expensive (150 Euro for a trip that would cost 30 with a normal cab).

The rooms were great, very comfy beds and pillows. The bathroon was a little small and I couldn't get the shower as hot as I would have liked. The breakfast was amazing I really don't think you could have asked for anything else to be served and the pool area was fantastic as well. All the staff were courteous and attentive.

Excellent. Honestly my favorite hotel in Ibiza. Nice rooms, clean, helpful staff. Was our second time and we will be back!

The only issue we encountered- there were no pool towels available every morning. We had to wait until it arrives before midday or use the bath towels. Appart that all great!

Children's pool area found the grass around the pool to be very muddy where it had been watered in mornings Service not at its best in Cone restaurant. We dined one evening in a large group as it was the evening before our family wedding and the service was not good at all. Seemed to be under staffed which caused problems when ordering drinks & food. We had bottles of wines in coolers at the end of the table which we ended up serving ourselves as staff were non existing to top the glasses up. The same at breakfast times if you didn't opt for the buffet and ordered from the menu it took an eternity for the food and coffee to be delivered Overall disappointed considering the review of the hotel on their website

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Rooms are well kept and well stocked. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful. Good range of alternative milks for coffees. The adult only pool is fantastic and the staff are very diligent about removing children when they do come to the area. Food is delicious and cocktails are beautifully prepared. The spa and gym are also wonderful.

I did feel the sunset dinner was ever so slightly too busy and table spaces oversold as the waiters couldn't keep up with orders and drinks and we were waiting c 45mins or longer for each request. I ended up feeling unwell towards the end of the dinner and it took an hour to get the bill (and in the end I stood by the waiter and made him do it while I stood next to him as I couldn't wait any longer). It would be useful to have a separate breakfast area for families as children are allowed to run around between tables and over furniture.

We stayed for 8 nights and just loved it. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Beautiful secluded location, wonderful views and sunsets, very nice and clean facilities like pool areas, restaurants and Spa. The apartments are units with a a living area, a small kitchen, bedroom with lots of storage space and bathroom as well as a large terrace. Overall very very nice. Great breakfast buffet, and three restaurants for lunch/ dinner, all of them on the higher end of the budget spectrum, but great food. This turned out to be one the best hotel/ resort experiences we ever had

I was staying for 2 nights, one with my bridal party to get ready on my wedding morning and the other with my husband on our wedding night after our wedding at elixir which is basically next door. from arrival all the staff where fantastic so helpful and just lovely ! I was even sent a lovely champagne with strawberry's, limes sugar and a cute card for my wedding morning which was lovely ! on our wedding night we ordered room service and had the Burger which was so tasty ! would highly recommend. the location is stunning with the most amazing views , room size was great as we had MUA photographer's& videographer on the morning and it was perfect never too crowded.

nothing , only thing I would say is if you planned on staying here for a week or more you would need some sort of transport as it is further out from any resorts

Service at the pool and restaurant was not meeting expectations. Lack of organization was noticed and for not meeting the reputation of Hyatt. As a gold member I’ve experienced Hyatt in various destinations including Brazil and I recommend the management team to look into their teams.

Everything was amazing and fabulous. The staff, the facilities, the view, the food and the drinks were made to make the guests happy. I would recommend it a lot.

The bathroom in the room was tiny, there was no way of washing your face in the sink it was so small. Shower was awkward and got you completely soaked when turning on, not very well designed
