Breakfast was poor and not in big quantities and not much variety, Food could not be seen because of the too heavy black pots that made it difficult to hold the lid and and the plate and to take the food , more kinds of juice are needed, dairy food not much salad kept in jars?

Lobby is big but no facilities ( one coffee bar), Needs more , Paying 50 JD as guarantee???? Five * hotel soft drinks should be free, couldn’t use the cooler to keep my own drinks and food it was full with hotel costly drinks,

The service overall was very good, the hotel looks a bit old, but the staff made the experience pleasant. the room space is good, location as well was convenient.

The breakfast choices where mainly dairy food. many cheese, yogurt, and labneh option where you miss so many other Jordanian traditional breakfast options. the bakery was the same, danish with different type of jams although there is a big oven.

Very pleasant hotel. efficient, smiling and helpful staff. The room is warm, and above all very clean. The wifi works very well. The breakfast is good and provided. Honestly an excellent stay.

The personal was very customer oriented and professional. The room was lege enough and offered good comfort. The bed was good. The bathroom was small but nicely arranged.

The room was quite noisy for an hotel of this category. The location could enjoy a bit more attention to the arrangement in some areas. Especially the bar / restaurant on the 3rd floor has the charm of the hall of a train station. Breakfast was disappointing.

I liked the convenience of the location, and how friendly the staff were, they were very welcoming, they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the whole time, would definitely stay again.

I have been located in a room above the AC machines that are so noisy, I could not sleep well. Restaurant was not updated that my booking is B&B.

Very good stay, excellent accommodation. It is important to note that the hotel staff and employees were perfectly fine and also with a smile on their faces.  It is important for me to mention a worker named Khaled and a worker named Raneem helped me in many critical things for me. Kudos to the hotel, Khaled and the rest of the team.
