Very nice stay in the center of Bishkek. Our room was very spacious, cozy and clean. The beds were quite comfortable, which is actually hard to find in Kyrgyzstan. We've stayed at countless hotels and most are very uncomfortable, but these beds were quite nice. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good selection of food. Staff was also kind and helpful. Parking was also easy, right in front of the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again.

When we first arrived, they were having issues with electricity and were running off a generator, which wasn't really their fault. Because of this, the air conditioning wasn't the coldest in the room, but it was working some. Also, we didn't have hot water for showers at first. Later that evening the electricity came back to normal, so ultimately it wasn't a big problem. While the breakfast buffet was good, they had no espresso machine, which is pretty standard in all other hotels of this price range in Bishkek. Not a terrible inconvenience, but it was a little disappointing when other hotels of the same price or even cheaper offer espresso drinks. The pillows were on the hard side, not the most comfortable for me, but they weren't too bad. Overall, good stay.

Welcoming and super-helpful staff, the room was kept super-clean, and the breakfast was very good. The location is c9nvenient.

Cold water in the pool - needs to be 27-28 degrees to be relaxing. The sauna was not kept dry - it's challwnging, but it was resolved in other hotels I was staying. The wifi in the public spaces was excellent, but was too weak to work in the room. Perhaps, if it cannot be made stronger in the room, provide work corners at each floor with a desk, a chair, and a power plague.

My mom and I used to live in Bishkek a long time ago and have returned for a visit here. For the last night of our trip, I wanted us to stay in a nice place that would leave us with a good memory of Bishkek. The Plaza Hotel delivered that. The hotel is very sophisticated, clean and offers great amenities. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had an excellent selection of food and a beautiful terrace where you could enjoy your meal. The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent.

The doorman needs to do a much better job. When we arrived at the hotel, we had a lot of luggage, and my elderly mom and I had to bring it into the hotel ourselves by loading the luggage cart, and he appeared afterwards and just helped us load the luggage cart into the elevator. We asked the front desk to call the doorman when we were checking out and he was nowhere to be found. A fellow hotel guest helped us with our luggage. This is not the level of service that one expects to receive at this kind of hotel.

Nice spacious hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. The sauna/spa was also very good. Спасибо. 😊 You can walk around to various attractions. Great restaurant across the road towards the amusement park (it looks like a castle). The food is great, and the service needs a bit of work. 🤔

The shower head needs a clean as it doesn't spray properly, and the water doesn't drain quickly enough. WiFi is awful, and therefore, the TV also does not work properly. 🙄

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, any questions I might have had were answered and solved efficiently.

The breakfast was not on par with the other services, e.g. yoghurt was not available, some food was at least temporarily out. The electricity socket next to my bed was not working, and I only discovered this in the morning as my phone was almost out of battery.

The location is very good, it is in the city center, the rooms are spacious, everything you need is there, I definitely recommend it, the guy at the reception is very responsive, I checked in at night, they checked me in quickly and did their job well, special respect to the guy, his name was Dastan if I'm not mistaken.

There was not good internet connection at the 1st day of my stay within the hotel, but after speaking with staff, the issue was sorted out.

The room was huge, clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and excellent choices. Other meals are smaller portions than I have seen elsewhere. However the service is fairly quick and the non English speakers use Google translate to understand your order. They also arranged my transfers from and to the airport. Nice parks nearby to go for a walk in.

One of the receptionists was quite brusque, but everyone else was helpful and polite.
