The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — we felt really comfortable at the hotel. Breakfast was freshly prepared for each guest and tasted great. Laundry service was fantastic.

The location of the hotel was quite a surprise. We only arrived by taxi, and even the drivers were surprised we were going there. I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area at night. The shower room was also a challenge — none of the water outlets were properly sealed, and the shower cabin wasn’t either, so every shower ended in a bit of a flood. The view from the window was just a wall. This didn’t ruin our stay, but based on the room photos, I expected something different.

Location near minibuses station & logistics to Russia. Plenty of cafe and supermarket nearby. There a big bazaar at the other lane. Can do visit city walk all the way straight to city for 20 mins as you get out to Chuy Avenue street at the junction to hotel. Hotel have plenty seating area both lower and upper floor. Room have tea making facility and a fridge

Air-conditioning was leaking. Stay for 3 nights but 4 tea bags were given only once at arrival. No shoe allow in room but there a locked shoe cabinet given together with room card

Everything was great: the super nice receptionist, the facilities, the level of cleanliness. The room was quiet, cosy and quite warm, with an awesome view of the mountains. The aircon was extremely quiet, which was pleasant. For a hostel at their price point, they are way above the quality standard. Quite easy to get a Yandex car, even the early morning.

Only one toilet and shower room for 6 rooms, shower could be a bit bigger. The surroundings look a bit uninviting, specially at night.

The shared room and bathroom are clean. The lockers are very big, which is nice. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is new and nicely done. It's close to the Osh Market, but far from everything else and I didn't find very good restaurants around.

There is a fridge, boiler and microwave in the shared bedroom, which is good to have, but not in the bedroom! It causes lots of noise and it can smell like food in the whole room. This definitely should be in a sperate room.

Great breakfast, clean room and amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. There are some nice restaurants in the area, and very close to a bazaar with cellphone shops etc to buy a SIM card.

The hotel is on a relatively dodgy street with people drinking on the street corner. That said, I walked past them in the evening with no issues, but I was warned by another local to be aware. I’m sure it’s something that just appears worse than it is.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night, and breakfast was included, but we left for the airport too early to enjoy it. I liked that guests had to remove their shoes in a specific area of the floor and walk with socks to the room, which kept both the hallways and rooms very clean.

The water from the shower spills onto the floor while bathing, making it wet. Other than that, everything was great. It may be a cultural difference, but the staff didn't speak English well, which made communication challenging.

Clean, workers are very professional with their job. Owner definitely knows how to run this place. Breakfast place felt like a mini cafe. Rooms and toilets are really clean with warm and strong shower, it even came with a bidet 😆

Walkable to distance to Osh bazaar, that’s why we booked here. It also means it’s busy and dusty at the same time, surrounding environment is not what we expected.

Price to value ratio is good. The hotel has a dedicated kitchen with a microwave oven. It has 3 stores. Ca. 10 rooms on every floor. Not crowded. The breakfast is sort of homemade. There is a canteen on the territory of the hotel. Stuff can order you a take away from local food services with a discount. The mattress was very good and I slept quite well. There was a proper table with a chair I could work on. I was in August. It was 30-34 degree Celsius during daytime and I used AC only at night. It wasn't hot inside. There are several cofes around, but keep in mind that they were meant for locals. They are not fancy. Only basic food there. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. It took me 15 mins to get to Globus and Vesna (better than Globus). Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry is available for a fee. I spent 2 weeks in the Viva hotel and I can definitely recommend it.

The only window faced a wall of the next building. All AC external blocks are on the same wall. And with the window open all that endless bzzzzzz came to the room. The room was stuffy. And due to the noise I couldn't open the window to let fresh air in. The facilities in the bathroom were ... okay. The shower stall was not attached properly. The shower head felt off. Please, be advised that this is not a tourist location, not a downtown. It is roughly 10 mins by (very cheap) taxi to a city center.

Good value for money. I booked a room with a shared bathroom, and the bedroom was clean and spacious, with a fridge included. The toilet and bathroom were generally clean, though there's some room for improvement. The staff were helpful and supportive throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent—tasty and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Amazing hostel! Very clean room and complex, very helpful staff and confortable beds. Also the breakfast very nice, the lady in the kitchen is really cute and always available :) I also had the chance to be driven to Ala-Archa national park, definetly something I recommend! I was not expecting something this nice, I am really glad I chose to stay 5 nights here. I would definetly come back!

Maybe the only "negative" point is the position, it is a bit far from the center. But, if you like to walk like me, then it is not a problem, but just keep it in mind while booking :)
