Location near minibuses station & logistics to Russia. Plenty of cafe and supermarket nearby. There a big bazaar at the other lane. Can do visit city walk all the way straight to city for 20 mins as you get out to Chuy Avenue street at the junction to hotel. Hotel have plenty seating area both lower and upper floor. Room have tea making facility and a fridge

Air-conditioning was leaking. Stay for 3 nights but 4 tea bags were given only once at arrival. No shoe allow in room but there a locked shoe cabinet given together with room card

The room was spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night, and breakfast was included, but we left for the airport too early to enjoy it. I liked that guests had to remove their shoes in a specific area of the floor and walk with socks to the room, which kept both the hallways and rooms very clean.

The water from the shower spills onto the floor while bathing, making it wet. Other than that, everything was great. It may be a cultural difference, but the staff didn't speak English well, which made communication challenging.

Price to value ratio is good. The hotel has a dedicated kitchen with a microwave oven. It has 3 stores. Ca. 10 rooms on every floor. Not crowded. The breakfast is sort of homemade. There is a canteen on the territory of the hotel. Stuff can order you a take away from local food services with a discount. The mattress was very good and I slept quite well. There was a proper table with a chair I could work on. I was in August. It was 30-34 degree Celsius during daytime and I used AC only at night. It wasn't hot inside. There are several cofes around, but keep in mind that they were meant for locals. They are not fancy. Only basic food there. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. It took me 15 mins to get to Globus and Vesna (better than Globus). Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry is available for a fee. I spent 2 weeks in the Viva hotel and I can definitely recommend it.

The only window faced a wall of the next building. All AC external blocks are on the same wall. And with the window open all that endless bzzzzzz came to the room. The room was stuffy. And due to the noise I couldn't open the window to let fresh air in. The facilities in the bathroom were ... okay. The shower stall was not attached properly. The shower head felt off. Please, be advised that this is not a tourist location, not a downtown. It is roughly 10 mins by (very cheap) taxi to a city center.

Amazing hostel! Very clean room and complex, very helpful staff and confortable beds. Also the breakfast very nice, the lady in the kitchen is really cute and always available :) I also had the chance to be driven to Ala-Archa national park, definetly something I recommend! I was not expecting something this nice, I am really glad I chose to stay 5 nights here. I would definetly come back!

Maybe the only "negative" point is the position, it is a bit far from the center. But, if you like to walk like me, then it is not a problem, but just keep it in mind while booking :)

At first glance, you can see the professional management of the facility, a very comfortable room with a private bathroom, an excellent price-quality ratio, and tasty, varied breakfasts.

So much better than expected! Location excellent! Just a stroll to Oosh Bazaar and main street. Room was comfortable and superclean. Water pressure good and warm 24/7. Ok, room is dark, wall 1 meter from window, but still ok for me. It was very quiet, which I liked. Staff nice, but lack of English language. Met the nice manager, he speaks English fluently, contact him via email, he can help you, if you're English speaking. Breakfast was nice too. Little kitchen for guests, very modern. I would recommend Viva, if you're on a budget.

Very close to Bazaar. Easy to shopping. Price among the cheapest in town. All facilities available. Good to stay. Toilet ok. water pressure is good. room is clean. Reception speak english fluently. There is common kitchen.

Breakfast area is too small. only can hold 8 pax at one time (but already cramp). All english breakfast. Maybe can give some traditional breakfast too. Breakfast small portion.

It is hostel with a hotel rooms with bathroom inside, seems like very new, comfortable bed, close to the market, breakfast are different every day, if it is not suitable for you you can agreed to get something different, kitchen is available for guests.

Not a great view from window

In Bishkek city, this hotel is the best budget-friendly choice. From the front, it looks like an old home, but inside it's very nice, with a complete hostel and private rooms for families. The staff is great, and you will not regret staying here. You can easily move around the city via taxi or public bus.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, the room was really clean, same as the bathroom and the toilet. The hotel was comfortable and well located.

There was some building repairs in progress, and it was a little messy and noise. But nothing too bad.
