Nice welcome, bottle of water given on arrival to cool down! We let hotel know our arrival times from train station (approx 30 mins away) and they had the rooms waiting for us when we arrived early! Room was decent size, large comfortable bed, access straight to lovely pool from patio doors! Clean room with coffee/tea facilities and fridge! Location approx 5 mins walk from night market and walking street where there were bars/restaurants. There was a small shop just to the right of the hotel for drinks & snacks. Breakfast was lovely & fresh with lots of choice! If we come to back to Luang Prubang, we would definitely stay here!

TV worked but fuzzy picture and wifi kept dropping!

The room was huge, deluxe suite. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower with a seperate toilet. Pool small but clean and great after sight seeing day. Sun beds but the area where pool is and sunbeds gets shady. Quiet neighbourhoodGreat location-night market, river, temples, restaurants, grocery store, shops.

Had asked about a shuttle from airport but got late reply. Got a taxi from airport which dropped us off 15mins away from the hotel. Contacted the hotel and they sent a taxi to collect us free of charge. Breakfast - some food left displayed with out being covered, could not eat due to flies. Breakfast not great.

Nice staff. Rooms are okay but Bathroom smells a bit. also they charge 3% for card payment and they have their own exchange rate if you pay using Lao Kip. Its like paying extra 20 usd. Not the same amount on booking.com

The location of the hotel is down a quiet road, very central and easy walking distance to everything. the room and bathroom was extremely clean. The manager Kevin was excellent, very informative and helpful, booking transport to the airport and giving information about the area.

Breakfast. Possibly the worst breakfast I have had during a month of traveling through Laos. I was told breakfast closed at 10, so at 9 I was there and the remaining 3 fried eggs in the serving dish had dried up and congealed, there were 2 ancient bananas left, the coffee was cold and awful. It seems there is no-one checking the buffet so I asked for replacement eggs and was brought some but breakfast really needs to be reviewed…or just don’t offer it at all!

Excellent location in a quieter street close to the historic centre and a block away from the night market. Everything is in close distance like restaurants, cafes, the river etc. The staff at reception were amazing and very helpful. They helped organise tours , scooter rental and laundry for me. Breakfast was decent. The room was spacious and clean and had everything you needed. The pool was a great plus to take a dip and cool off, especially after walking around all day in the heat.

Fantastic hotel in a great location right by the night market. This was great value for money considering the location and quality of the rooms and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping to organise our transport and trips. Breakfast was nice, with various options.

The water in the shower didn't get very warm. Please do not support and promote businesses that allow elephant riding. This is harmful for the animals and there seem to be alternative options in the area that do not allow it.

The room was clean and smelled good. The swimming pool was nice. The hotel itself looks really good. Location is great next to night market. Staff was very helpful. Internet worked well and bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good stay.

Pillows and bedsheets weren't bad, but need to be changed out as they were a bit worn. Cleaning staff didn't change/clean the coffee cups and bring new instant coffee when they cleaned the room. It wasn't a big deal for us but still one of those things you would expect.

The location was fantastic, a short walk to restaurants and the markets. The staff were amazing we needed to make several changes to our booking and nothing was too much trouble. They even made sure the buffet breakfast was ready an hour earlier than normal the day we were leaving.

The breakfast could have had a few more options. But everything that was served was good.
