Good sized room. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Breakfast served outside each room, with choice of eggs and bread with fresh fruit. We liked the location, which was about 5 minutes walk from the end of the night market. The room was cleaned daily, with towels and water. Staff really friendly, although not all spoke English, but were always able to help.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owner and all the employees are really friendly and helpful. They have bikes available to borrow and you can also rent motor bikes. I would recommend booking any buses and tours here as they were so helpful and it was cheaper than booking on 12Go. Nice big sized room, comfortable bed and good air con. We were really happy with our breakfast every morning - it’s simple but lovely. You get fruit, tea or coffee and can order eggs and bread rolls or pancakes or noodles. We enjoyed it Room clean, water, toilet paper and fresh towels offered everyday. Location is very good Water refill available at reception

Really warm & friendly welcome by the owner/family. Very helpful for my 2 nights/days in Luang Prabang. He even arranged a private tuk tuk taxi at good price to take me early to KuangSi Waterfall to beat the crowds. The bed was super comfy, & the location was perfect 5 mins away from the main street/night market & food. Breakfast was OK & served just outside Yr room. I also borrowed a pushbike to explore luang prabang centre/town & Riverside. OK for a quick 1-2 nights as I perhaps have high standards when travelling but overall the area seems to have plenty of similar type guest house villas.

The A/C was very noisy, as were the other guests who were staying (Chinese). I also do not like it when the wet rooms do not have a screen/curtain across the shower as the entire bathroom just gets wet. There was a safe in the room but this wasn't working either.

Very good position, close to the centre but in a quiet street. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really good value for money.

There was not really any out door space to spend time in, but we did visit the nearby hotel which has an arrangement with Villa Rattanakon to go for a swim and relax.

Great location, quick to get home after dinner / night markets. Large bedroom. Super comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast (if there’s 2 of you, we recommend sharing scrambled eggs with bread & pancake with banana). Nice staff. We extended our stay.

A few mosquitos in the room, but we got them. Leak in bathroom ceiling, fixed during stay.

A very nice older style building in a good location. Walk to night market area in 7 minutes. But also free bicycle use if you prefer. Very clean and a tasty breakfast. Special mention to Kon, who helped me with bus and train ticket purchases . Very smooth and easy. The rest of the staff Very friendly and helpful too. Thank you.

The property is in good location , near everything but quite on a quiet street . It has a good energy , the stuff is wonderful , breakfast was good . The owners are very nice , helpful , kind and polite . Thank you again for pancakes!!!

Great hotel very close to most of the major attractions, markets, restaurants, laundry service with wash and electric dryer, good wi-fi, flat screen tv, a/c and fans, tall ceiling, safe deposit box, free bicycle use, adequate breakfast, thin walls, smoking allowed at balcony/breezeway. Stayed 3 nights, the manager Mr. Cuong super friendly and professional, took our suitcase up to room and booked excursion to elephant conservatory, staff was helpful and provided what requested. Only comment more efficient to order breakfast at front desk or put note/request on door knob each morning than to have hotel staff wait outside door to take order.

We received a warm welcome and information on arrival. Breakfast was nice, including filter coffee. Pleasantly surprised by the room, large, pretty clean and nicely furnished. Hot showers with good water pressure.

Soundproofing was non-existent and late into our first night/early in the morning we could hear our downstairs neighbours conversation, singing and other activities (!) loud and clear. The evening/night time staff didn’t speak any English or read written Lao so could not understand our complaint. Fortunately we were able to move to a downstairs room which was much quieter and we really enjoyed the rest of our stay. A shower curtain/screen would avoid water spraying all over the floor.
