I particularly enjoyed bathing in the bathtub in in the room since I hadn't seen a bathtub for a long time 😅. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous, I was lucky to be the only one both in the evening and on the morning. Since I wasn't given a balcony, the terrace did the job instead. Great location. Very competent staff at reception who handled my balcony issue with great style and professionalism. Free coffee and hot water by the terrace for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable bed and soft pillows.

Again, I was upgraded to a double room WITH balcony (I did pay extra for that balcony) but I didn't get a room with balcony. This is the second time Booking promises me a balcony, this is the second time I pay extra and I feel cheated once more. The first time it happened I thought the guesthouse had made a mistake and had not dealt with my request properly but it seems this is no fault of the guesthouses. Booking you need to get a grip and you need to start answering customers messages at Customer Service. I've sent you two complaints and still no reply to this day. I would not have chosen this property otherwise, especially since breakfast isn't included in this one. Travelers, beware.

Room was comfortable enough for the price. The balcony near the room was wonderful. A great place to sit and have a complimentary coffee and watch the rain. The staff were great and the guy there(sorry but forgot his name) was very helpful and spoke perfect English. There is an amazing local noodle shop/ restaurant on the corner. Up the hill from the Ban Chuannue. Best chicken noodle eveeer. Good location too. Short walk to night market and Wats. Mekong river just down the street.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the night markets and many good restaurants & lovely cafes/bakery’s. Clean and spacious room. Ken was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much of a problem and we really enjoyed chatting with him! He also helped arrange transport from the airport for us.

The shower pressure wasn’t great and took a while to heat up and the bed was very creaky. The rules on no food or drink in the room (we sometimes enjoy staying in if we’ve had an already expensive day!) but I wouldn’t let this put you off staying here :)

My favorite part was the huge common balcony, which had an inner area with couches and padded chairs, as well as a tableau with traditional instruments, which led to the outer building-wide balcony with bistro tables and chairs. There is a small garden on the ground floor with a double porch swing. My room had a beautiful full-wall mural of the Mekong River at sunset. The bathroom had good hot water. The bed was comfortable. There was a small safe and a mini-fridge. Water and other drinks are sold in the lobby. This is on a very quiet street in a good location near restaurants, museums and temples. I saw a few Black people who seemed to be enjoying themselves, so it is a good property for BIPOC travelers.

The Internet is So S-L-O-W (but this location is near two cafe's with better Internet). My room was very dark (small window with shutters that I couldn't open). The building is not wheelchair accessible.

The location is perfect for exploring Luang Prabang. The staff are so friendly and helpful with making bookings for tours or van transfers. They organised a motorbike rental for me and it was easy and straight-forward. The rooms are comfortable and there’s a lovely outdoor seating area upstairs and downstairs to relax.

Everything was perfect. A home from home. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. Facilities were excellent. The hotel was clean. The location was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thanks to all for making my stay so perfect.

Great central location 5mjns from night market

Fantastic hotel in a great location with a lovely manager! The room is comfortable and is cleaned well every day. The shared balcony is a lovely touch.
